DEEP-FRIED WINGS

1 cup seasoned flour

½ Tsp. paprika

½ Tsp. ginger

½ Tsp. oregano

½ Tsp. thyme

½ Tsp. sage

½ Tsp. sage

½ Tsp. celery seed

20 chicken wings, cleaned & cut in 2

4 beaten eggs

3 cups breadcrumbs

Preheat peanut oil in deep-fryer to 350*. Preheat oven to 400*. Mix flour & herbs together in large bowl. Add wings & mix until thoroughly coated. Dip wings in beaten eggs & coat in breadcrumbs. Deep-fry in several batches 5-6 min. Remove & finish cooking 10-12mins in oven.
