Curry Almond Wings

24 chicken wingettes or drumettes, or a mix of both

�� cup milk, medium or hot curry paste

1-1�� cups ground almonds

lime wedges for garnish

Preheat the oven 425*F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside. Place the wings in a bowl. Add the curry paste and poss to coat the wings with it. Place the ground almonds in a shallow-sided dish. Set a wing in the almonds, roll to coat and then set on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining wings. Bake 25-35 mins, turning once during cooking, or until cooked through. Arrange on a platter and garnish and squeeze with lime when you serve them.
