Curried Chuck Roast

2 large onions

3 Tbsps fresh gigner, grated

8 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbsps curry powder

�� cup all-purpose flour

3 lb bonless beef chuck roast, cut into ��"x2" strips

�� cup tomato paste combined with �� cup water

�� cup cilantro leaves, chopped

Place ontions, ginger and garlic in the bottom of an electric slow-cooker.

Combine curry powder and flour. Dredge the beef strips in the flour.

Place beef strips in the cooker. Add tomato paste mixture.

Cover and cook on low until beef is very tender, 8-9 hours.

Descard fat from liquid.

Add cilantro.
