Crispy Barbeque Style Chicken

¾ cup ketchup

2 tbsps. vinegar

2 tbsps. water

½ tsp. dry mustard

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1¼ cup Basic Mix

½ cup flour

2 lb. chicken pieces

Combine ketchup, vinegar, water, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a shallow dish.

Place Basic Mix in another shallow dish.

Place flour in a seperate shallow dish.

Dust chicken pieces with flour, dip into ketchup mixture, then into Basic Mix.

Place coated pieces on a large greased baking sheet. Bake at 400*F for 40 to 45 mins or until done.
