Cream Cheese Filling

2 3-oz. pkgs. softened cream cheese

2 eggs

� cup sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 mins. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
