Chocolate Frosting

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1½ cups butter, softened
½ cup whipping cream
4 cups confectioners' sugar
2 tsps. vanilla extract

Melt chocolate with ½ cup butter and the cream. Set aside ½ cup of chocolate mixture. In mexer beat together remaining chocolate mixture, butter and vanilla. Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until frosting is light and fluffy.
