Chicken Pasta Primavera

2 cups cut up fresh vegetable (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, carrots)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg LOUIS RICH Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (see substitution)
2 cups linguine, cooked, drained
�� cup Grated Parmasan Cheese

Cook and stir vegetables in oil in large skillet 5 mins or until tender-crisp. Add chicken breast stips and linguine; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheese.

SUBSTITION: Substitute 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced, for grilled chicken breast strips. Cook and stir chicken in oil 2 to 3 mins or until no longer pink. Add vegetables; continue cooking as directed.
