Caesar Steak

¨÷ cup bottled caesar style vinaigrette salad dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb flank steak
¨ù tsp salt
¨ö tsp coarse-grind pepper
fresh parsley leaves (optional)

In plastic food storage bag combine dressing with garlic. prinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper; prick well with fork. Place steak in bag with dressing mixture; let stand about 30 mins.Meanwhile, position broiler rask so that top of meat on rack is 4" from heat source; preheat broiler. Or prepare grill for direct heat. Remove meat from marinade, discarding marinade. Broil or grill steak, turning once, 5-6 mins per side for medium-rare. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 mins before slicing. Cut into ¨ù" thick slices. Arrange slicked meat serving platter; garnish with parsley leaves, if desired.
