Broccoli Cheese Rice with Chicken

¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 can (10 oz) cream of broccoli cheese soup
1 can (10 oz) chicken broth
¾ cup water
1½ cups MINUTE RICE Brand Rice
2 cups broccoli florets
.
Brown chicken in oil. Add soup, broth and water and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and simmer for 5 mins.
Add broccoli and continue simmering, uncovered for about 5 mins.
