1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed of all fat
1 large onion
2 Tbs dark soya sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs sesame oil
2 Tbs peanut sauce
1 Tbs curry powder
1 Tbs dry sherry or white wine
� cup beef broth
� Tsp cornstarch
1 Tbs roasted garlic oil or vegetable oil

Cut the trimmed steak into thin strips. Peel & cut the onion into chunks. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except for the garlic oil. Mix well; add the meat strips & onmion chunks; mix well, cover & refrigerate up to 8 hrs or leave at room temperature up to 1 hr. Heat the oil in the wok to about 375*. Stir the marinade/meay/onion mixture; use a slotted spoon to remove the meat strips from the marinade & add to the hot oil. Stir-fry about 1 min. Add onion chunks & stir another 2 mins. Add marinade to the wok. Cook another min or until sauce thickens & coats the beef & onion pieces. Serve at once over hot rice or noodles w/a green vegetable or salad.
