Beef & Broccoli

1½ lb round steak, thinly sliced

1 head broccoli, cut into florettes

3 tbsp olive oil

1 Spanish onion, sliced thin

1 pkg brown gravy mix

1½ cups water

Heat wok or large skillet. Add 2 Tbsps of the oil. Stir fry onion and broccoli until crisp-tender. Remove from wok.

Add 1 tbsp more oil and stir fry round steak until browned on all sides.

Add onions and broccoli with beef and cook 5 mins.

Miz gravy as directed on package and pour over mixture. Stir 2-3 mins more until thickened. Serve over steamed rice.
