Cappuccino:
1 cup cold espresso
1 cup whole milk
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 heaping cup vanilla ice cream
2 cups crushed ice or ice cubes
garnish
whipped cream
cinnamon

Combine the espresso, milk & sugar in a blender & mix on medium speed for 15 secs to dissolve sugar. Add ice cream & ice then blend on high speed until smooth & creamy. Pour drink into 1 16-oz glasses. If desired, add whipped cream to the top of each drink followed by a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Mocha:
For this version, add 2 Tbs of chocolate syrup to the recipe above & prepare as described.
