Asian-Style Baby Back Ribs

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

1 tbsp chili paste

� cup dark brown sugar

� cup hoisin sauce

� cup soy sauce

� cup grape jelly

30 small baby back ribs, 3" in length

.

Combine garlic, ginger, chili paste, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce & jelly.

Place individual ribs in glass or stainless-steel bowl. Pour marinade over ribs and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375�F. Place ribs on a rack on a large baking sheet and cook until golden brown, about 30 mins.

Baste with remaining marinade and turn ribs often.
