ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR YOUR FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST?

 

1)      “I will praise God’s name in song, and will magnify Him with thanksgiving” (Psalms 69:30).

2)      Let us come before God with thanksgiving and extol Him with music and song” (Psalm 95:2).

3)      You are my God, and I will give you thanks; you are my God, and I will exalt you” (Psalm 118:28).

4)      Thanks be to God!  He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57).

5)      You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.  This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people, but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.  Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the Gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.  And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift!” (2 Corinthians 9:11-15).

6)      “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God” (Philippians 4:6).

7)      “Just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith, and overflowing with thankfulness” (Colossians 2:6-7).

8)      “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace.  And be thankful” (Colossians 3:15).

9)      “Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.  Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus” (1 Thessalonians 5:15-18).

10)  “Therefore, since we are receiving a Kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.  For our God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:28).
