Powers
Piper, like her mother, has the power to Freeze Time (Temporal Stasis) which is channeled through her hands. As she gets more control of her power she learns how to freeze just one person in the room ('Ms. Hellfire') or just freeze a certain body part ('Sleuthing With The Enemy').
She also gains the power to blow things up (Molecular Combustion) in the episode ('Exit Strategy'). In the future ('Morality Bites') we see that her power will be much more powerful, she can freeze within a wider area - but currently she can only freeze what is in the room and not outside.
Phoebe is the sister with the inactive power. Phoebe has the power of Premonitions - the ability to see into the future or the past. She can't get Premonitions whenever she wants, but she can prevent things from happening to innocent people.
Later in season three ('Honeymoons Over') she gains the power of Levitation. This is her first active power and is able to Levitate into the air to avoid demonic powers or objects. She can also use this power with her Martial Arts skills and help her sisters during a battle with a demon. As she gets more control of her power she is able to practically fly a short distance ('Hell Hath No Fury'), and actually Levitate upside down ('The Importance Of Being Phoebe').
In the past ('Pardon My Past') we see she had the power to channel flames through her hands, known as Fire Throwing. When she traveled to the future ('Morality Bites') we see that she gains the power to send off electricity through her hands known as Electrokinesis.
Paige has the power of Telekinesis which she inherits after Prue dies, but because she is Half - Whitelighter it works differently which is called Telekinetic Orbing. She just focuses on an object she wants to move, calls it's name and it orbs into her hands.
She has the power to Heal, however she can only do so with the help of a pure Whitelighter. She can also Orb from place to place like Leo as we saw in 'Charmed Again'.
She can also Whitelighter Morph into appearing like anyone she wants to be like we saw in 'Obsessions'.
In the past ('A Knight To Remember') we see that she is an Evil Enchantress and has the ability to conjure the 5 elements (Fire, Air, Water, Earth, and Spirit).
Prue, like Grams, had the power of Telekinesis or the abiltiy to move objects with her mind using her eyes. Later in the season ('Blind Sided') she learns to channel her power through her hands. The primary trigger of her power is anger.
As her powers grew, in season 2 she gained the power of Astral Projection ('Ms. Hellfire'), the power to be in two places at the same time.
In the future ('Morality Bites') we see that her power had grown to a great strength, in the flick of her hand she destroyed the whole attic. In the past ('Pardon My Past') we see that she had the power to literally freeze things into ice from blowing dust from her hands. She was the most powerful sister of The Charmed Ones.
Leo has the power to Heal and Orb. He can Orb up to The Elders in a flash of blue lights, however, he is not allowed to orb with a demon.
He can Heal good witches when they are harmed from fighting evil. He is not allowed to Heal other than that purpose as we saw in 'Awakening' he healed Piper from death, The Elders found out and clipped his wings. Not only can he heal people but he can heal objects as we saw in 'Size Matters' he healed the P3 sign for Piper's club. Leo cannot heal animals or himself.
Leo has a variety of powers that he doesn't use very often:
Hovering- the power to float in mid-air simliar to levitation.
Thermodynamic Generation- the ability to heat things up.
Regeneration- the abiltiy to create new substances.
Telekinesis- the ability to move objects with your mind although not to a greater level, as Prue.
Whitelighter Morphing- the ability to shape-shift into a person or demon.
