| Price: $300 a horse for stall boarding (they will still be let out in the 10 acre pasture, unless told to give them their own pasture). If you want them to have a pasture of their own as well, then it will cost $400. |

| Pay for boarding once every month. |
| 40 stalls, 8 wash stalls, 2 feed rooms 4 tack rooms, 8 cross ties, 40 separate 1/2 acre pastures, 4 round pens. Covered arenas: 1 western, 1 hunter/jumper, 1 dressage. Uncovered Arenas: 1 western, 1 hunter/jumper, and 1 x-country course. 2 large ponds, 10 acres of pasture for all horses, 4 run in sheds, and 40 acres for trail riding. |
