For people who are unfamiliar with Steven Siro Vai.....

Born 6/6/60 at Nassau County Hospital on Long Island, NY (no he's not the Antichrist).

Started playing guitar at age 13 taking lessons from Joe Satriani.

Early influences were Jimmy Page, Hendrix, etc.

Attended Berklee College Of Music from 9/78 - 12/79!

Non musical hobbies include: Bee Keeping, reading spiritual books, riding his bike, working out and being an all around health nut  (yes he's vegetarian).

Performed in the movie "Crossroads" as Jack Butler.

Performed and recorded with: Frank Zappa, Alcatrazz, David Lee Roth, Whitesnake and many others.

Currently is performing and recording as a solo artist.
