GENERAL NOTES
1.Check in time is 3.00 p.m. and check out time 12.00 p.m.
2.Meals can be reserved at the Main House prior to arrival at a cost of R320.00per person - Price includes, afternoon tea, 3 course dinner and mid morning brunch.
3.Child minders can be arranged for evenings.
4.Please note we do not allow children younger than 16 years of age at the Main House.
5.Transfer rates available on request.
6.Children under 3 years pay R160.00 per day for meals

1.Reservations are not secure until full deposit has been paid
2.Full accommodation payment (deposit) must be made 45 days prior to arrival
3.Bookings made at shorter notice must be confirmed by full payment within 48 hours.
4.Bookings cancelled 45 - 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited
5.Bookings cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited
6.Bookings cancelled 21 - 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited
7.Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited
8.All refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
9.Bookings will be released automatically & without notification if these conditions are not met.

		Bartholomeus Klip Farmhouse is situated near the small village Hermon in the Swartland region, part of the Cape Winelands, 115 km from Cape Town, an hour and a quarter's drive in a northeasterly direction towards Wellington, which is 30 km from the farm. Paarl is 35km, Franschhoek 45 km and Stellenbosch 45 km away. In a northerly direction you'll find Tulbagh, Malmesbury, Moorreesburg and nearby Ceres. Bartholomeus Klip is famous for its long history of luxurious country hospitality.
	At the farmhouse you can feel at ease reading a book, or enjoying an open fire in one of the reception areas in the main homestead.
