Attakwas Cottage is a privately owned guest cottage situated in the heart of Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world, situated in the heart of the Klein Karoo. About 475 kms drive from Cape Town. Oudtshoorn lies within easy driving distance of all the attractions of the Garden Route.

Small Attakwas / BB: Sleeps 2-4 persons.

Attakwas Cottage: Self-catering unit and sleeps 6-8 persons, fire place for winter.
Camping at Attakwas Cottage Camping Area: Bring your own camping gear or it can be provided.

They will assist and advise you to plan your stay, together with their knowledgeable and interesting information on outdoor activities and places of interest. 

They will offer you personalized 4x4 and scenic trips along the only pioneer-botanical mountain region. Enjoy biking, botanical and historical walks birds watching and scenic 4x4 tours along the original pioneering track once negotiated by the famous Botanist WJ Burchell.

Individual camping spots and shade, Toilet and "bush shower" with hot water, Braai facilities, wood available, Tents can be provided, No electricity.

A deposit of 1st nights accommodation will secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. 

OVERSEAS AGENTS MUST ADD 1,0% OF TOTAL AMOUNT FOR BANKING FEES. 

Accounts to be settled in full 30 days prior to arrival unless alternative arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
