
He didn't actually admit to me that he was indeed the Eddy, but I knew it had to be him, incognito of course. I took this picture when I went to NYC in Dec of 98 for Internet World. I asked him, "Can I take your picture if I give you a buck?" He said, "Done!"
I think he was taking time off from a recent book signing tour. Relaxing and having a good time in the Big Apple. Always ready with his charming smile, quick wit and a pithy saying or two.

Eddy has agreed to make an appearance on the Web. His agent has provided us with more recent sketch of Eddy. This portrays Eddy just after he accidentally shot a critic, who erroneously stated Eddy's new novel had whole passages lifted from Fear of Flying and War & Peace. At his trial Eddy testified that he was merely cleaning his pistol. Also, this critic fell on his sabre thirty times.
