Spent a few hours running around with Mikel while he caught up on some calls. Drove around and didn't do much of anything. Met and had breakfast with James and Martha. James is a hairdresser and Martha is a ballroom dance instructor. I am really looking forward to meeting with Connie at the house later to go over my charts and see what is in store for me.

That evening, an extraordinary event happened. Since Mikel couldn't get out of his commitment to rehearse his show, he had to leave about 7 pm to go to the theatre. I was planning on spending my evening with Donna, Connie, Sandra, Debbie, Kayle and Steven Cochran. This was a love meet which everyone wears a sarong and the beautiful music and scent of the candles and incense sets a very powerful mood and it was very sensual and beautiful. It allows very powerful forces into the chamber and to surround us with peace and love. We drank wine and bottled water and just enjoyed each other's bodies and hugged and just were content to be there and no one else. The candles were burning and the mood was quite festive. I had originally planned on meeting Mikel at Club Houston, but nothing could've prepared me for the evening that was taking place.

The wines, candles, incense were very stimulating and there was a presence of love in the room I haven't felt for quite a long time. Even more so was the arrival of Sam, a very beautiful man. I was extremely taken by this person and his presence was quite overwhelming. Tall dark and so beautiful. I immediately felt a special bond with him and his alien beauty to me. He was one of the most beautiful men I have seen in such a long time. Long dark, beautiful hair draped his shoulders as he smiled at me. I practically lost my breath looking at him. After a while, when he had finally fallen into the sensuality of the atmosphere, he began to massage my feet with oils, which was so relaxing. He grinned at me as he did so, and I was quite glad that he was quite interested in me as well.

I don't think Mikel took too well my infatuation with this man, but after close inspection of my feelings, our friendship has ascended beyond that sexual level and he left quite late to *drive around*. I hate to say it, but the love connection I had hoped for with Mikel didn't expose itself, but I think we can still remain close as friends. At least as long as I continue contact with him in Houston.

Spent Monday morning browsing in some antique shops along Congress Avenue in Austin and then left for Houston. Returned to a rainy afternoon in Houston and spent the afternoon relaxing and resting. Had a delicious steak dinner at Baba Yega with a nice bottle of wine together. For $ 8.50 you can't beat the price.

Woke early to storms. By mid-morning the sun was shining and we ventured on to Thomas' SCARAB racing boat onto the lake. Lake Travis is a man-made haven of the Colorado River east of Austin. This area is a tightly packed plateau of cliffs and rocks which provide an isolated and convenient place to sunbathe a-la *birthday suit*. It is also a gathering place for *family* boaters for water fun. While we were there, there were no less than 7 boats there, strung alongside each other. The atmosphere was quite *gay*, as all had beer, wine, cocktails and the boat next to us was aptly christenened Anita Cocktail, which hailed from Belleville, TX. The Anita Cocktail had a strategically placed disco ball on it's fantail for all-night dancing.

The boaters did not hesitate to show their southern hospitality as they jumped from boat to boat, sampling the view and treats onboard. One man had a cute small dog, complete with rhinestone collar. It was amusing to watch her swim in the lake, complete with dog-sized life jacket to chase a remote control boat around the lake.

Met a beautiful man named Kevin. He has just returned to Houston after living in Glendale, OH (Cincinnati). What a coincidence! He hails from Lafayette, LA and it was eerie to meet him, because of his close resemblance of an old flame from Charleston, SC named Troy Bourgeois!. I tell you, if you ever get the chance to sample a beautiful Louisiana Cajun man, do so. You will NEVER ever forget the experience. While is Kevin is married to a professor at Miami University, it didn't stop me from amourously ogling this man, as he was quite charming and very handsome with his sparkling, brown/hazel eyes and mischievous grin *g*. Which makes me grin, as he affirmed my belief, that not only *cajun* men were quite gifted. If you know what I mean!!.

Mikel was quite the life of the party, as he was well-acquainted with many of the boaters from Houston. His personality is extremely addicting, and people are quite smitten with him I think. I have realized how much I care for Mikel. I truly admire his ambition, goals and tenacity. After long conversations, to and from Austin, I have realized that much of this drive is self-induced. He wasn't raised in an affluent household and I think he refused to believe, this should relegate him to being a slave of society. He has worked hard and has had three different businesses since before he turned 30.

The sexual spark I felt for him has evolved to a great admiration and respect for this man. He is very sexy and loves to let you know it...! He is sweet, but very carefully to let others close to him, as I believe his heart has been trampled upon in this past. This is evident at his hard coat, but warm and sweet heart. His future in his life, this shows in his quick tongue, whether to jump into a conversation, to which he easily becomes part of, or to tell you about yourself!.

Alas, back to the lake. It was quite thrilling as we sped along the top of Lake Travis in this boat. There were a few times, we jumped so high, I thought we were going to fly out of the boat as we sped along to Hippie Hollow, a secluded alcove on Lake Travis, commonly frequented by sun worshippers, and yes my dears, *clothing is OPTIONAL*

This is a link I found to one of the GL festivals held there. The guys told me about *splash day*. Quite a fun day I have been told. Here is a link to show one of the many festivals!... Enjoy and please come back!!...

After boating we enjoyed dinner at the Iguana, a lakeside Mexican restaurant. I am not particulary fond of Mexican food. The enchiladas were and without the spicy parts. If you do get the enchiladas, try the cheesy topping, unless you like the spicy ones!

The rice was bland and they served baked beans. I wish they would have had corn cake with it, a la Chi Chi's. But all in all, the food was quite good and the view of the lake is very nice as well. If you visit there in the evening hours, make sure you take sunglasses, as the heat and the sun is quite overpowering, if you sit in the outside part of the restaurant, which seems quite popular.

Off to Lake Travis and Hippie Holler to visit Mr. Thomas. Thomas is a quite successfull man in his late 30's who has found his niche in real estate appraising in and around the Austin, TX area. We had a slight detour in (yawn) Buda, TX. This is after we discovered we passed our turn off on I-35. There isn't much to Austin, it isn't a large city but still the capital of TX.

Austin, TX skyline

Thomas has a beautiful hillside mini-palazzo on the banks of Lake Travis that overlook the marina and lake. A two story stored palazzo, with an open-aired foyer and nicely appointed. He has a roommate named Judd, who is from West Texas. Quite cute was Mr. Judd. Thomas has a 23' Scarab boat. A quite popular and VERY VERY fast speedboat. This is a 43' footer, but the 23' foot was impressive as well.

Off on my trip to Houston, TX to see Mikel, I am nervous, excited at the same time. What will become of us? This is an answer that will appear soon, I hope. He is a gentle, creative, beautiful man and all I wanna do is make him happy. Wish me luck!.

Landed in Houston. Finally met Mikel, such a beautiful man. We spent nearly 90 minutes retrieving my bags and then trying to find his beautiful Mercedes-Benz sedan. Went to visit Donna M, his current hostess, since the flood he still hasn't been able to return home. I am fortunate to have met this woman. I never thought that my experience with a woman would leave me so fulfilled and happy. She is the editor for Houston House and Home magazine. http://www.houseandhomeonline.com An extraordinary and beautiful soul, she is seeking the spiritual awareness I was and continue to look for as well.

One of Mikel's projects was featured as the winner of a contest in Houston for the most beautiful Courtlandt Place home of a very prominent physician there. The pictures themselves were breathtaking, just sitting in the driveway of this beautiful home was a treat, and later in my visit, we actually were able to go in and view the beautiful renovation and birth of such a fine and beautiful home. I marvel at his talent and truly admire this man I have grown to adore in such a short period of time.

We had lunch at
Baba Yega a wonderfully appointed vegetarian restaurant with rich carpeting and hardwood decor. Later that afternoon, not nearly two hours after my lunch at Baba Yega, we went to visit Shelly and her wonderful handsome husband Billy and their darling daughter Morgan. A wonderful dish of linguine, olives, and parmesan with alfredo sauce and to top it off with a tasty treat of fresh strawberries, angel food cake and freshly whipped cream for the topping.

Mikel arranged for us to stay at the
Houston Four Seasons. Can you say Luxurious? Thanks to the efforts and beauty of Mr. Mark Alexander and the beautiful Mr. Michael D'Arcy (sp), my stay there was quite unforgettable. After drinks in the bar, we proceeded to our beautifully appointed room where a chilled bottle of Chardonnary was waiting for us. How wonderful an experience for me!

Happy Pride Month!

Wear your Colors with Pride!.

So much has happened since we last met, I don't know where to begin. Work has been going great. It's such a relief to be back at the University, doing work that I enjoy...I think. Well, as long as I have a nice bank account for the time being, it's not hard work and the views of the hot college boyz are enuff for me right now. Speaking of right now, I have met the most interesting person on the Internet... Egads.. Again, you say? Oh, please don't tell us this will be another CamGuy or god forbid JohnBoy. CamGuy was innocent I tell you, and JohnBoy, (well, I won't mention anything of him, because it hurts too bad. Both of them, just cut themselves out of my life, and I can't explain why. Most people have their reasons, and I guess that is why they're called personal reasons.

Mikel is the wonderful, beautiful charming man I have met. We happened to be *chatting* in ICU one night and he sent me a pic of himself with a glimpse of his beautiful hard slim bod. The kind I like. So unlike my expanding little belly and flabby chest. I never thought anything of it. A few weeks later, I was *chatting* again, YES!.. I like ICU and I like looking at hot bods and people that I meet in there.

Mikel sent me another message!... This time, I turned on my charm and amongst other things....hehe. Well, I don't know if it was my buddy or just me, but we sorta clicked!.... The clicking turned into talking on the phone almost everyday!.. Now, with the grace of God and Continental Airlines I will be visiting Houston and possibly New Orleans for the 4th of July!...

Most people, including and mainly my family are concerned that I might be getting myself into something I might regret. I don't and will not regret anything. I am going there with no expectations, and we might be enthralled and fall in love or just become friends. Either way, I can't wait to meet him.

He has suffered a bit of bad luck with the weather the past couple of weeks. Tropical Storm Allison really took a LARGE dump on Houston and they had more water and rain dumped on them, than any city could possibly handle. According to Mikel, he has suffered a lot of damage to his offices and his home is not suitable for habitation until some electrical work is repaired. Therefore, we might be sleeping on the beach in Galveston!.. As long as I am with HIM, I don't care if I was in the middle of the Grand Canyon with buzzards flying above us.

Check out his site!.. He is an interior designer and also a writer for a Houston magazine that highlights renovations and the most beautiful homes in Houston and elsewhere!

His site is http://www.environmentsonline.com

Elsewhere, in boring Cincinnati, this is Gay Pride Month and the Gay Flags are everywhere... I hope you join in the festivities and let everyone know you are GAY and proud of it.. And if they don't like it, tough... tell them their acceptance is not needed, nor required!

SNAP!... xoxoxoxxoxoxox Until next time!...

I just cant' believe how fast time flies. It has been such a two months. I haven't been on cam much because of other responsibilities. It's also hard to keep up with the hot little studs brazenly showing their goods, but for a HIGH price!.... I just can't see trying to make money off of something like this..

All is well here in Cincy. Very glad to see that it's warmed up so I can get outside for a while.

I finally met my good friend Tim last weekend and we had a blast driving all over Cincinnati, browsing through shops, stores, and most of the Cincinnati area.

We visited Eden Park, Clifton, drove past Mt. Airy Forest. He attempted to get his labret pierced, but without ID they won't even sneeze on you.

I am taking some classes in college this term and it's really trying my patience. My mind has fallen out of the studying loop and to concentrate in class after a day of working is down right HARD....

Did I say HARD. To mention that, stay tuned for some galleries that haven't been published yet. They are just taking up space on my hard drive, which will probably be at it's limit some time this year.

This is a good old PC that has brought me to you and vice versa. I miss all of the hard old days and hope to hear from some of you again. Keep in touch.

If any of you read this, I would love to hear from you to hear how you have been....Love Hugs and Kissez on da Noze!

Week of March 22, 2001

Well, well, well... Christmas has come and gone, New Year's !! (I don't care to describe the condition I was in then. I went with my youngest brother to see his friend's band, Abbey Normal, a great group of guys. They have recently lost their lead singer who wanted a different style. But they rocked, and the lead singer had a great voice. There is one guy in the band, Dave who is a real charmer and quite cute as well. Visit their site at The Unofficial CaryRa AbbeyNormal fan page!!

At the end of January, I decided to call down to the University and see if their were any clerical openings. I missed the University terribly and soon found out that Chartwells, the company I worked for there lost their contract as of June 30, 2000. boohoo (NOT)!!

I introduced myself to Niles, the manager of the Retail Operations there and was hired back on as his administrative assistant. My tasks are few and far between, but the same menagerie of accounting, payroll, basic university knowledge and the fact that I know practically everyone on campus sure does look better than a resume. Which was NOT required.

I miss Indy, and travel back there quite a bit. I hope that soon we can share some stories together about our escapades in the clubs there. The ones in Cincinnati lack a certain OOMPH!!.. If you get my drift. The Unicorn had a fab dancer for a while named GABOR, the Hungarian stud. Handsome blond, just the right build without being bulky and smooth. I overheard he had the most beautiful uncut penis, but didn't have the chance to experience that pleasure.

More to come soon, kiddies, when I either breakdown and network my brother's and mine computers, or pay for another FTP server.. YUCK!!..

Ciao for now... Love...

Week of December 21, 2000

Well, it has been a while hasn't it. In October, the last time I was here I was still living in Indianapolis. A great town I might add. Also the capital for histoplasmosis. I caught that shit there about October 15, 2000. It has taken me until now to get rid of it. It sunk me under the weather so bad, I had to quit my wonderful job at RCI and I hated that. Also, I had to move out of Ted and Craig's who I absolutely adore. I wish I had my scanner running so I could show you a pic or two..

Is anyone interested in genealogy. Well, it's become a hobby of mine, and if you would like to check out my pages, you can visit

Cary's Genealogy Pages and Family History

I am descended from many houses of Royalty, I have discovered that King John and the House of Plantagenet are in my lines.

Maybe if you find something interesting, I can help you research your family. I will posting some new pics in my gallery soon. I think by having more amateur pics I have found on the web, that will increase some things around here.

Christmas is only a week away and I hope that everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Week of October 7, 2000

Wow!... so much has been happening lately. Around September 15, 2000, I resigned from my position at the Club Indianapolis. I was exhausted from the hours I worked there. Mainly the 12-8am shift and it was taking it's toll on me.

However, I did find a great place to work. It's called Resort Condominiums International, (RCI) and it's a membership exchange that allows members that own timeshares to exchange their week at their resort for a different, more exciting place.

I will mainly be working the members calling in, spacebanking their available weeks, and searching a wonderful, exciting vacation for them. It's based on commission, and their renewals, I know people that make a lot of money there, and I can't wait to become a part of it.

My love life is still humdrum. I am not sure what it could be. I don't think I am an unattractive person, I try to be friendly and helpful. I try to keep up with events, etc. But it's like that for a lot of people I think. I don't understand why I am one of them. Well, sorry to have taken so long to get here and update you all, who still come to read. If you do, please drop me a line sometime and let me know if you like my pages.

Have a Great Halloween. I know I will! BOO!

So much has been happening...I am still in Indianapolis. Still having a great time and meeting such new and wonderful people. Still single though, but I have met so many handsome sweet guys. I am really wanting to be in a relationship though. I still love to look at men, apparently it's not time for that yet I guess.

I moved back up to the 86th street area in Indianapolis, with friends of Thomas. Their names are Colin and Scott and they are great guys.

I am now working at Club Indianapolis which is located in the heart of Indianapolis. This is a great place to work out, take a sauna, sit in the jacuzzi and relax for a while. There is a great pool there and a lot of handsome men from Ohio, Kentucky and of course, Indiana come there for rest and relaxation. Also, a little fun too =)

I have been working there now for two months. I am probably going to be looking for a better job, because even though the benefits are great, such as free membership into the club, I need a better paying job, to catch up to my bills.

Week of May 1, 2000

Hi!....What is up? Just starting a new week here in Indy.. I am currently on a job search. I was working temp agency here, but after 5 months, they determined that the job was over. I am still working with Charlie on occassion at the hotel, but I am looking more for something to be able to utilize my great administration skills, etc. I have hopefully a new love life happening. His name is Thomas and I think he is such a great guy. Tall, blond.. nice smooth body and very gifted.. =). He is intelligent and a nice guy, I hope that something might work out with him. My mind has been filled lately on how to try to invest and be financially literate. I think that is one of the dilemmas facing millions of people in this county, no one knows what the hell people say when discussing finanaces, stock markets, mutual funds, annuities, etc. I really wanna learn this stuff and start to invest my money in this. You can't work from week to week, month to month and expect to have anything. I have good skills and make decent money and I just spend spend spend. It sucks..

Haven't been getting much email lately.. =( Please stop by and visit me sometime.. Looking forward to hearing from you!..

Hello there, after much anti - cee- pay (say it, say it) SHUN... I am please to show you all my web mastering skills. I finally was able to create a frames pages on the xedni page. This allows for easier access to the other pages without leaving the main navigation bar page. I hope you enjoy using it as much as I had trouble making it. It took a while to get the gist of it.

Spring is here and I am so happy to see the verdant growth all around. I am a lover of the seasons and Spring is one of my favorites. So, grab a beer, get by the pool and get outside for a while. You are only allowed to read this at night!... Enjoy yourself in the sun!!

Week of April 20, 2000

Wow, it has been ages since I have been here to greet you all.  Let's zoom back a few months and fill you in on my life, if you are interested I guess.  You wouldn't be here if you weren't, right?

On November 15, 1999 I resigned from my position at the University.  I had been going through some stress with them, and I felt it was time for me to move on.

I moved to Indianapolis, the heart and capital city of Indiana.  It is a flat place, surrounded by farmland, but Indy has a great scene here.  If you love Basketball, it's the home of Larry Bird's Pacers, and of course who could forget the famous Indy 500 is ran here every May.

Numerous museums, exhibits, theaters...etc are available to the mainstream heterosexual individual.

The ALTERNATIVE (I use this term very loosely) has a great number of bars to choose from:

Well, I think this page is going to turn into a mini-journal.  A place where I can place my thoughts and feelings about things..

This page is to help you get to know me a little better.  This wont take long I think, just a few tidbits about me and what I am doing here..

I am a pretty decent writer actually.  I love the spoken tongue.  I believe that all of us can try to communicate better.  There are great words out there that are never used.  Some people, I guess are afraid of these words.  They call them BIG WORDS.  I believe they are necessary to communicate properly.

Week of October 9th, 1999

I sometimes ponder what my life can do for someone else.  I feel so frustrated sometimes because I know there are so many talents and gifts I can offer to others.  I am so confused it seems, when I am not sure how to begin a project or how to make it worth my while.  At my job, for example.  My supervisors are dead-set against using any kind of email for communication purposes, while I have the best ideas on how to convey messages and files to help us all do our jobs more effciently.  But I always get vetoed out when it comes to my ideas.

Thursday Night.  Margaret Cho, a great comedienne was visiting Cincinnati and stopped by UC.  She has a great act.  Mainly she talks about her life and the people and circumstances she encounters.  Since I was told she grew up in San Francisco she has many, many gay friends.  She talks about being a women around gay men.  How the world should appreciate gay men, etc.  I thought she was great!

I have been having connection problems here in Indiana lately.. Thanks to Sprint or my ISP I don't know which one to blame.  But thanks to my esteemed host, GriffCam.  I am able know to upload my pic at 15 second refresh which will show you in even more rapid succession by pudgy belly.  I am sure that is what you come to see anyway, right?

Enough of this for now.  I understand now why people sometimes neglect their diaries. There is so much to say, but not enough time to say it.
