Vintage Club
This 18-hole par 72 on the southern edge of Bangkok runs a total of 6,576 yards through a forest of coconut palms and bougainvillea trees. Designed by Arthur Hills Associates, the beautifully-maintained course takes full advantage of the area's genly-rolling terrain to provide both the professional and aspiring golfer with a full range of challenges. The layout of the Vintage Club course forces the golfer to 'think out' his shots and only yields low scores to those who make well-placed tee-shots. The par fives are the most difficult of all. The greens and fairways are immaculately kept, and water hazards are major components of many of the holes. At the end of the day, a fine clubhouse awaits the weary golfers, offering a swimming pool, tennis court and a fitness centre, as well as a restaurant serving quality cuisine.

The Vintage Club is located 40 kilometers east of central Bangkok on the Bangna Trad Highway which connects the Thai capital to Pattaya and the Eastern Provinces. Driving time is approximately 45 minutes from downtown Bangkok.

The Vintage Club was designed by Arthur Hills and Associates of Toledo, U.S.A. The terrain at the Vintage is gently rolling with beautifully shaped greens and bunkers set amongst coconut palms and bougaveas. The design is classic and subtle with greens receptive only to well placed tee shots, not built just for the pro's however the course is very enjoyable for golfers of all skill levels. The refreshing sea breeze helps to keep golfers cool while making the play of this layout a thorough test of ones golfing ability and repertoire of shots. Other Arthur Hills designed courses include Eagle Trace, Bonita Bay and Big Horn.

Highlights of the course include Hole No. 8, a 191 yard Par 3. Three bunkers protect the front part of the green with lakes to the right and left, due to it's location the green is crossed by strong winds and a good score here is Par. Hole No. 13, a 345 yard Par 4. The run to the green is protected by a lake on the right side stretching the length of the fairway, deep bunkers are set to the left. A devious deep swale prevents the short approaches from running onto the green. This is a long drivers hole which can make or break a tight match. Hole No. 18, a 414 yard Par 4. This is a very interesting finishing hole with a generous fairway. Shortcuts over the fairway bunkers make for easier approaches to the well guarded but narrow green that features a creek and waterfall to the right and bunkers on the left. From November through January the hole plays against the wind requiring long irons or fairway woods for second shots. The green is one of the most deceptive on the course waiting to give the unwary a surprise.

The Vintage Club is a truly a world class golfing facility featuring an 8,000 square meter club house. Inside the club house is a 120 seat restaurant featuring an international menu and several large function rooms. The men's and ladies locker rooms are custom designed and richly decorated and include saunas and jacuzzies. After a thoroughly enjoyable early morning round we invite you to enjoy any of our other facilities which include a 25 meter swimming pool, snooker room, gymnasium or traditional massage.
