Karen is almost two years old. She speaks quite a lot Chinese for her age. but not a word of English. One day she is demanding something which her sister Jennifer is playing with. I hear Jennifer saying:" Be nice, say please." Jennifer must have read the confusion on Karen's face, realizing that Karen does not understand English. So she say "Shuo, Please", "qiao ke li" Karen cheerfully replied. Then I hear Jennifer giggling loudly, since then even Jennifer accasionally say "qiao ke li" when she asking for a favor. That certainly lead to a lot of giggling.
