Project: Lounger

Objective:To design a lounger that would harmonize with environment.

The movement of wave has been put in the foundation of my design.The smoothness of line gives a possibility of comfortable disposition of human body in reclining position. The rectangular shape of supporting base doesn't complicate the design but it emphasizes its visual fluidity. The horizontal tubes make up the scaffold of the lounger. They are covered by soft foam. There are spaces between the tubes that allow a water to drip down.
