Full of musical instruments in my house. Why?
PRACTICE ON SEP. 6: GROOVING

The Compact had a nice practice today. Youwee came with saxes, flute and clarinet. Today five people gathered; Chel, Hilory, Asayan, Youwee and me. It seems just COMBO with best members.

Youwee brought his trumpet, which he has just started to learning how to play. His unstable yappity-yap trumpet SAX. (His base band's name is "The Yuppies" but sounds "The Yappies")

Chel offered me to sing "Douzo Konomama" with a tambourine. It was very difficult to do two things at the same time. Besides Youwee plays his terrible trumpet even during bandmaster's giving advices to us, going his own way. It is what he looked and is. He seems unchangeable. A Hong Kong big band gave him up, so did a domestic brass band and some others he once belonged to. Now a small dance band? No. A few good men, intellectual and mature, never gives him up.

Chel's advice was/is adequate, just fits things we need. His arrangement is clear and makes better what we play. Now can hear better sounds from others. Things must go better on next stage at Peking Hall.

We practiced today: 1. Johnny Guitar  2. Haunted Guitar   3. Old Folks At Home    4. Mean Woman Blues    5. 33 anos      6. Have You Ever Seen The Rain    7.Rock Around The Clock     8.Douzo Konomama(My Vocal)     9. All Of Me
