Full of musical instruments in my house. Why?
JAZZ VOCAL

SUMMERTIME: Nov-29 practice was fun. Reported that we have no Peking Hall stage in December. So our practices in December can fly. In the last practice we have scanned many of American music. There we tried some country-like songs like "The Moon On Colorado", "Aloma" and so on. And we enjoyed jazz-like numbers, or in other words we enjoyed making them into jazz-like numbers. Tried to sing "Summertime" in very slow version. Very difficult.

PIANO: We had no woodwinds that day. So I must play many of solo parts. It was fun. Piano is all mighty in music in a sense. It comes into any music. That evening, piano sounded lovely in every tune. Chel said, "In the course of this kind of practice, piano might be the fixture of the main numbers of our repertory. And it might be a bit hard for those which come later to join music as solo or main. "  I said, "I will turn myself away to backing when another comes into music solo." But piano might have to do this if Yow be away from practice and stage many times or for a long time . I get the feeling something like this is happening...

COMPACT WORLD: The world of the Compact is a kind of a closed space, where only music is shared by members. We don't know each other well. It can be the point. According to original/older members, there gathered many skillful players. They came and were gone. Why?  Mysteries.....
