Full of musical instruments in my house. Why?
COMPACT / GREEN TEA CONCERT SUCCESSFUL / FOR DEC FESTA

MORE BEATLES IN COMPACT: Chel, our bandmaster,  seems to know all about music. Many of Compact music notes include those copied by his ears. Incredible ears. This time we've got a bunch of The Beatles. I felt more familiar with the great band than ever. I love "If I Fell", "Imagine", "And I Love Her". Recently he picked up many songs from a large-volume songbook for professionals, making some of them suitable to our band members' use. As for my vocal, he gave me a Japanese folk-generation song, "A Story of Rain" by Iruka, a singer-songwriter, as a vocal number for next Peking Hall on Nov. 19, 2006.

FIRST SOLO CONCERT OF GREEN TEA SUCCESSFUL: Nov.11 was a epoch-making day. Green Tea, an a-capella band, made its solo concert for the first time, by invitation from a community in Urawa. I passed some parts where I felt inconfident to vocalize accurate sounds, according to our band leader's instruction. To my surprise, that happened to soprano parts. Yes. I found again that A Capella singing is very difficult. Without a plentiful of practice no way, no result. The group is cheerful and energetic. Love music. Really love music as well as those of The Compact do.

FOR HARMONY FESTA: Dec.3 is our stage day. Our temporary band will start our practice for this from today. We will have 4 practice sessions before the stage. Hope all be well in order. Just after this I am operating the stage of the Kasukabe Mandolin Ensemble at the Centenial Hall as a PA director. That might be all I should do about music stages this year.

A BOOK: Nov. 13 was a strange day. I felt something leading me. 'Cause I found things I long needed everywhere I went.  If one or two, might be coincidence....  One of them is a book about vocal improvisation. A translation from an American book. If only I had this, I might have bought not so many other books, which seem piled up to around 1 meter if accumulated vertically.
