Welcome

Hi everyone. If you are viewing this page today, then you missed the wedding by about 4 years! We are still together, happier than ever - we've got 2 great daughters. Allison (June 10, 2004) and Felicity (May 7, 2005). E-mail me at [email protected] for pics or call 509-238-4509 for long lost friend connections. Most of this site is out of date, but it's a fun little time capsle. Thanks.

Things are happening. . .

May 26 - Wedding day.

May 21 - Danny McCollim helped us out by mixing the CD we're using for the wedding. Thanks man!

May 19 - We bought the kegs of beer from Gonzaga's own Jack and Dans Tavern. How much more important can you get? Go Zags.

Greg Malicki was fitted for his tux - he was a tough guy, but it all worked out just fine.

May 12 - We had our engagement photos taken.

May 6 - Katie had her second wedding shower with much fanfare. It was great fun - I am told. Tom, Charlie and I went to the bar instead.
Katie and I also met with our minister Homer Todd.

April 28 - Katie had her first bridal shower. According to all accounts various whatnot broke out during the party and fun was had by all. Among the festivities were games, cake and Oh Yeah-presents. Among the games, Katie was asked to match Dan's answers to some tricky questions. For example - If Dan could be a superhero who would he be? Answer - Superman. Katie got this incorrect, responding Batman. As punishment she had to place a large piece of bubble gum in her mouth. Out of 20 questions she got 13 correct - not to bad! But batman, come on. Superman rocks.

Katie would like to say a special thanks to Barb and Kim for all their hard work - even when the power went out. They made the party great.

April 13 - Katie and I purchased the Marriage License for $51 at the courthouse. The lady made us raise our right hands and do the Boy Scout pledge and swear we were telling her the truth. She also asked if we were sure that we really wanted to go through with this like we were gonna say, Well now that you mention it . . . So that was interesting. Since the County publishes the official records each day in the Spokesman-Review, the paper I copyedit for, I was able to read the record of our buying the license. The funny thing was that Katies name was spelled wrong (McCollum, not McCollim) She was a tad upset when I told her I had to fix it. Ive yet to follow the trail up to its source to find out why that happened.

We also bought the Liquor license for the reception.

Also on this very productive day we finalized our plans for the honeymoon. We reduced the price by $400 and switched to flights in and out of Spokane rather than Seattle. Were pretty pleased about that because we were going to have to drive to Seattle the day before our flight to catch the 6 a.m. plane. The flight leaves Spokane at 6:50 a.m. July 18, now just in case you want to give us a early morning send off. Well be in Orlando about a week.

April 7 - I bought Katie her wedding present. If you want to see a picture of it click here.

March 30 - Invitations were mailed. Don't forget to RSVP with the enclosed envelope.
