Yamazaki is one of Sakura's friends from school. He and Chiharu have known each other for a long time and seem to have a relationship that goes beyond friendship ;) He is known for trying to explain things, but he usually just makes it all up. Sometimes it takes a while for everyone to figure out he's not telling the truth.
