| Bounty huntress and gambler Faye Valentine is in heavy debt. She is seized by some guys with guns and taken to her boss who owns a giant space ship casino. Faye is offered a great deal from her boss. All she has to do is work her card-game magic and get every chip out of this one certain guy and then as a tip he will offer her his last chip. Faye must return this one chip back to her boss, and all her debts will dissapear. Spike Spiegel and Jet Black arrive at the same casino to do a little gambling, and Spike sits right down at Fayes blackjack table. Faye mistakes Spike for the guy with the chip she has to get, and when he doesn't offer her his last chip as a tip Faye chases him down to get it. Spike runs into the real guy with the needed chip right before, and the chips got mixed up and Spike now possessed the actual chip that Faye needed. Faye demands Spike to give her the chip, but instead he swallows it. A fight breaks out when security intervines and in the diversion Faye gets her ship and escapes. Spike and Jet hijack her ship and kidnap her, finding out that the chip Spike swallowed is really a computer chip to a large encryption device and that Faye has a 6 million woolong bounty on her head. Faye escapes the bathroom where she has been locked up and gets to her ship. Meanwhile, Spike has made a deal to trade with the casino boss, Gordon, to give back the ship for 30 million woolongs. Spike goes to Gordon's ship to make the trade, but Gordon has decided to take the chip and kill Spike instead. Due to the ships architecture, when the gunshot is fired at Spike the bullet hits the ship instead. Spike catches up to him and kicks him off the ship. Faye swings by and grabs the cash, reversing the polarity of the missles that are shot at her. The missles swing back and blow up Gordon's ship. Spike gets away unharmed, but broke. | |||||||||
