| so it's a bounty hunter's job to chase a woman's ass instead of a bounty? - VT |
|||||||||||
| This episode starts out with VT, a female truck driver on her latest route. She is known only by her initials, and makes a lot of money making people pay to guess what her name really is. She loves heavy metal and hates bounty hunters. Spike is in the same bar as VT, en route to capture a bounty named Decker who has a dragon tattoo. Meanwhile, Faye looks for the bounty at a themed restaurant where Decker is. She mistakes another guy to be Decker, but upon revelation this guy had a giant eel tattoo. The real Decker, a short and skinny bald guy, runs out of the restaurant when he sees Faye go after the wrong guy. She goes after Decker and he blows up her ship with explosives. Back at the bar a group of Mexican bandits are harassing a waitress until VT steps in. A bar fight ensues, that Spike joins after they cause him to drop his egg in his lap. He beats the bandits up pretty bad, and when he leaves the bar he finds that the bandits have vandalized his ship. VT sees that Spike is without a ship, and decides to give him and Faye a ride despite her stong distaste for bounty hunters. VT spots Decker's ship and follows him to the Linus Mines, an old mining satellite. Spike and Faye, who have repaired ships, follow VT to the mines. Decker tries to get rid of them with his explosives, but he ends up killing himself in the process. The whole mine is collapsing on Spike, Faye, and VT who are still stuck in the satellite. Faye must blow an exit out of the mine, with Spike's escape pod and one of Decker's explosives. The plan works, and everyone gets out of the mine safe. Spike guesses VT's real name and we find out that VT was once married to a famous bounty hunter. | |||||||||||
