| Marin's Email By Tom Marin's E-Mail 01: instruments Marin: (walking in the door of her house, carrying a computer, the Triforce 400) I can't believe the shop was selling a computer for 300 Rupees! You hardly ever see these around here, so... ahh... nobody's here. I guess I'll just put this down over here and check my e-mail. (Marin puts the computer on the table and sits down in front of it.) Triforce 400 screen: a> run "marin's_email" Marin: (singing to tune of Ballad of the Wind Fish while typing above command) E-mail me... E-mail me... with all your questions... T400 screen: You have no messages. Marin: That makes sense... I just got this computer, so... (The T400 makes a beeping sound.) T400 screen: You have 1 message. Marin: Oh! I have an e-mail! Let's see... Dear Marin, I know you can play the harp, but can you play any other instruments? Sincerely, Tom from RI Marin: Well, Tom... there are some others I can do... of course, my specialty's always been the harp, because I can do things like (imitating a harp, playing the Earth God's Lyric from Zelda: The Wind Waker) dlun, dlun da dlin da dlun da dlun da dun, da dlundidadlinladlun, da dlun la dlun la dlindadidlun... But I can also play the xylophone, or something like that... so it would go (imitating Super Mario Bros.) dada dan dada DUN! dun... And sometimes I've tried the violin, like (imitating the title screen of the original Zelda) Naaaaaaaaahhh, naah nah dadadaaaaaaa... naaaaaaaaahhh, naaah nah dadadaaaa... Yeah, and then Tarin comes in on his bass and he's like, dou dou dou dou dou dou DOU dou dou dou dou dou dou, and then Link comes in on his ocarina and he's like, foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo foo, and then I'm like, "And Volvagia comes in the NIIIIIiiIIiIIIIIIIIII-" ... ... ... ... Did I just do that? I must have been thinking of something else... Um, anyway, until next week, send me your questions, and I will dig to the center of the earth... I mean answer them. (A paper comes down reading: e-mail marin at [email protected], make sure to put "Marin's E-Mail" or something like that in the subject) |
