Dependability
Worked at Pristine Construction Pte Ltd as foreman (supervisor), managing about 3 to 5 workers each time. I was given responsibilities such as signing of time cards, storing keys, and also keeping of important documents such as original copies of the blue prints. Achieved high attendance rate for lessons at Nanyang Polytechnic.
Management and Leadership
Group leader of project base modules, I am able to keep track of scheduled work progress, and able to sumit the project on time. Was able to finish the work assigned by my supervisor on time while working as a foreman.
