Boasting a fits-in-your-pocket-engine, Lana is the undisputed fifth wheel of the team. Oh yeah sure she can handle pretty good like, and her gas mileage is second to none but still 105 horsies don't cut it in racing.
Still she is the only car of the group to actually be racing competitively. The Saab puts in its time too but the key word is "competitively." The only other car currently racing in auto-x is the Mercedes but Mitch's mom has effectively retired that one.
The Bimmer is retiring from active service for a while after the July 20th auto-x. A full restoration and turbochaging is planned as well as a new coat of paint and other cosmetic changes. The next time she enters the track there will be hell to pay...well mabye...
