with wings'. This unique geologic formation dominates the local area
and is also incorporated in the council logo.
The Shiprock Council works closely with Christ The King Parish in Shiprock, providing volunteer services, and funds for various projects. Shiprock Council 9200 has 5 of the original Knights still active in the council: Chester Chase, Herman Cleveland, Leonard Hilt, David E. Patterson Sr. and Elmer C. Yazzie Sr. There are over 30 active Knights in Shiprock Council 9200.
