Project 005 - Uploading my work - August 2006

For this project I tried simply to have viewable videos online that wouldn't greatly sap my bandwidth allowances on my current webhost Yahoo GeoCities. For this I decided to use one of the many internet video services available. Out of these I chose YouTube, since I'd used it before to watch other videos, and I knew it was free.

I made a quick model along the lines of the stuff I've been doing beforehand and made a quick avi file to upload, then registered with the site and uploaded my video.

Youtube give the html code allowing me to embed it into my website more easily, and so hopefully (if Yahoo doesn't block it for some reason,) there should be a video box below this text.

Having tested this online, it should all work. You will need to allow any blocked content on this site to view the moviies, but thats just to allow the streamin video.
