Mob cap
This one is a lot more fun.  I adapted this design from an elementary school's page, but I don't have thier link, so I hope they find this and contact me so I can give credit where credit's due!
  Here's what to do:

Once again get some cute cotton or homespun material. I had a yard lying around and that was way more that enough. I don't expect you to just have a yard of fabric lying around so I'd say get about 3/4 yard.

Cut a circle about 18" in diameter. to see if this will be big enough put a softball or something about that size (a grapefruit works too) on top of your head and "try on" the circle.  If the front comes down to your eyes, the sides to the bottom of your ears and the back to below the bumpy thing on the back of your neck you're fine, if it is a little too big, leave it, you never know, if it is way too big trim it a little and see if it fits any better.

When you have the size figured out measure two inches in from the edge, (if you want a more floppy look, make sure your circle is a little too big and measure in about three inches)  On this inner circle you will use a hole punch every two to three inches or so and punch a hole.  This will be where the drawstring will go, so make sure you have an odd number of hole or else one end of the string will end up inside and the other outside.

A easier way to get a good circle is to get some poster board and make a stencil, this way you can even mark the holes on it.  To make a stencil tie a pencil to a 9 inch length of string and attach the other end of the string to a sharp object (like an ice pick or another pencil) Use this like you would a compass.

Finally, get enough matching ribbon to go around your head twice and weave it through the wholes!

The best thing is this makes a cute carrying bag when you finally take the curlers out!
