Solitude

Its cold.
And I,
With jaw set grim, defy the icy chill.

I sit,
On soggy grass,
And yet I find a solace still,
For in my "solitude" I find
Companionship fulfilled.

But,
In truth I'm not alone
And solitude I've never known.
For God has always been with me
And God is with me still.
