Plot

Koalingo Academy has not been as affected by the death of Albus Dumbledore as the Magical Community of Britain. Unfortunately though, this has caused a tilt of power in Britain and once more Voldemort and his followers feel they have no one to fear. Whispers have come across the sea that Britain is on the brink of collapse; power is in the hands of evil and the Guild of Avada again stir. A rumoured allegiance between Voldemort and Avada Kedavra has the Australian Magical Community fearing for a darkening future.

The website is up. I thought it might be appropriate to make it for all of the new people who might be hesitant in joining as they do not know what is going on. This way they can check out what has been happening. I will log things here so we can keep an eye on the progression of the plot. I have back dated it. So you can check things out lower down, and I will add more things as they occur.

April 26th 2007 - Lord Rubeus Ruberagon I

EVENT - The History of Magic Class has begun. All students may participate in this class, indeed I would recommend them at the very least showing up as in this class you will be told many things which will shape the way some students behave around the school from this point forward. In particular, students in the Ruberagon House should be playing CLOSE attention to this thread as a lot of it will affect you directly.

25th April 2007 - Lady Saphricorn

Can everyone please remember that all future threads are to be played as if they are occurring after the murder of Finnias Mark on school grounds. Anyone who is found starting threads after this date without making some (even vague) mention of the murder will be asked to edit as it is unlikely that the murder of a fellow student on school grounds would not become an important chapter in everyone's life at school.

23rd April 2007 - Headmaster Emerindyl

Morning After threads have been started in the Golden Hall for everyone who wishes to be included in the mourning of Finnias Mark's death. It is likely these threads will be rather depressing, but lets see who can play the most depressed student without going over board...

22nd April 2007 - Audrey James

EVENT - The List has now completed. Please ensure you read it as you will now need to have your character understand that there has been a murder at the school. A student by the name of Finnias Mark has been murdered though no one will know who it was that killed him.

19th April 2007 - Bartholomew Malaki

The Duelling Competition has ended. The winners from each Match are: Lucius Sinister against Godric Emerindyl, Lakasha Shocanis against Elouise Snape, Alex Zander against Romulus Silvia, and Aurora Celeste against Kalika Gardan. Thanks to those who competed. 100 Points have been awarded to Ruberagon for these wins. 50 each have also been awarded to both Emerindyl and Ameraid.

30th March 2007 - Professor Saphricorn

Just dropping a line to Those Who Were Not Included in the duelling competition and might like to join those who have decided instead to go to the Three Broomsticks. This is not an incredibly important thread and will contain no hints to the plot, but is available to anyone who wont be attending the Duelling Competition.

29th March 2007 - Professor Saphricorn

All students are reminded that while actually posting in classes is not mandatory, a lot of what is being mentioned in the classes might actually come up later in the plot and having knowledge of certain things, might give you a clue as to what is going on with certain key characters. I will say nothing more here on this subject, but if you like to pick out clues and try to figure out what might occur by the end, then please try to pay attention to as many class threads as possible. Also. There are clues dropped here and there by normal characters as well, so really... the more you are reading and paying attention to, the better it is.

The duelling competition has kicked off. The Arrival thread has begun in the Bloodlust Nightclub thread along with the duelling threads. Please forward on and look in. Please joij us, if you have a pure blooded character, if not... well have fun at the Three Broomsticks.

17th March 2007 - Jack Russell

EVENT - The List is the first big part of the plot. Jack Russell, Audrey James, Mariana Torrenne and Finnias Mark are the only members allowed to post in this thread as it is an EVENT that has been set up for the plot. Please do not interfere though ensure that you read the thread. By the end of this thread something will occur, which all students should be aware of.

17th February - Bartholomew Malaki

Leaflet: On The Notice Board is a thread inviting all the students whom wish to showcase their duelling talents in the Bloodlust Nightclub, which is an exclusive club that only allows the entry of Pureblooded students. Students who are not pure-blooded should not apply as you cannot magical enter the Bloodlust Nightclub. I am sorry for the prejudice here, but this is important to the plot. Students who are not pureblood should be attending a social night at the Three Broomsticks in Koaltumut.

27th January 2007 - Koalingo Admin

The plot has just begun. Waiting for everyone to register and post their sorting and we can move on from here. To begin with we will basically need to establish house groups and year levels for students. Key Roles for this plot are; Godric Emerindyl, Aurora Celeste, Jack Russell, Audrey James, Lord Emerindyl, Lady Saphricorn, Lord Ruberagon I & II, Lady Ameraid, Lady Oniada, Lady Avada.
