Kasuf is the father of Sha´re and of Skaara; and the head of the town Nagada on the Abydos. For long time, his people were slaves to Ra, who forced the population to work in the mines. When Earth traveled there through the Stargate, it was believed that they where Gods. Skaara rebelled against him when Ra attacked the town. Once they ended the oppression of Ra, Daniel decided to stay and marry Share. When Apophis took Share and Skaara, Jackson told him that he close the Stargate so nobody could attack him until he returned. When Daniel come back, he discovered his wife. After giving to birth to a boy, Kasuf kept the child while Amaunet returned to Apophis. A year later, Amaunet kidnapped Kasuf and the other abydonianos. While trying to rescue them, Teal’c shot Amaunet when she tried to kill Daniel. Kasuf lost his daughter but got Skaara back.
