INTRODUCTION

My Name is Knut Steinar, I was born late 1963.
Among several hobbies that I have. This site will contain fotos from hiking and fishing trips that I have been on,and some astronomiy.
I have the intention that my link pages also will help visitors to other more or less related sites.
Is me, hiking in the Lyngen alps.
Usually the walk up to the lake where I camp, does not take more than 5-7 hour, but it is a long 5-7 hour, since most of the walk is uphill.
About the lake:
There is only one type of fish in the lake, Salvelinus alpinus (lat.), a number of the fish is of a type caled "jager" in the pro. terminologi. This is the name for a salmonfamily fish that spawns more than one year. This type of fish does not look much like the "normal" fish. "A lot of head to not quite as much body". In other words "funny lokking".
The bigest fish caught in the lake, that I know of, was ca 5 kg.
