Objectives: TSWBAT
· Throw a Frisbee to another person
· Catch a Frisbee
· Play cooperatively a game of ultimate
Materials:
· 11 Frisbees
· 2 Benches
· Cones
· 11 Pinees
· Gym Strip
Hook:
· Who has thrown is Frisbee before? What kind of games can you play with a Frisbee?

Stretching Activity: Make sure that they hold each stretch for 10
seconds ·
Ask students to sit in a circle and discuss with them that they will
be throwing Frisbees today. How
do you throw a Frisbee? How
can you catch a Frisbee? ·
Explain that they will be placed in pairs and then will be able to
throw the a Frisbee to their partner in their own personal space ·
After throwing the Frisbee they will be placed into larger groups and
each person has to be thrown to ·
Ask if they have any questions ·
Line up the children and pair off accordingly |

Hold each stretch for at least 10 seconds ·
Sit in circle and discuss the activity ·
