Episode 1: "Viral Agent." Part I
Synopsis: Having injected himself with the only means to save his world, Rembrandt takes a leap of faith, and slides through the vortex alone. Will the Seer's visions really come true? And can Rembrandt save his world from the Kromaggs?

Episode 2: "Viral Agent." Part II
Synopsis: Meeting up with the Resistance Group on Earth Prime, plans to synthesise the virus in Rembrandt's bloodstream, are put into motion. As they prepare to get ready to rid their world of the Kromaggs, the others attempt to find a way to slide again, and find a way to follow Remmy.

Episode 3: "Nuclear Meltdown."
Synopsis: On a world that has been devastated by a nuclear warhead, the Sliders find themselves trapped, as the radiation causes the timer to become unoperable. Will the team be able to find a place with enough shielding to allow the slide?

Episode 4: "Whispers."
Synopsis: After recent events, the Sliders once again have no control over their destination, and as they emerge through the vortex, Rembrandt is shot in the middle of a police chase. Taken to the nearby hospital, he soon begins to hear strange eerie whispers. Someone is calling to him...

Episode 5: "Adjustments."
Synopsis: After her slow recovery, Wade has to start adjusting back to the idea of life as a Slider. She must not only leave what the the Kromaggs did to her behind, but must also come to terms with the loss of Quinn. Struggling to cope with it all, she is comforted by an unlikely source.

Episode 6: "Magg Incentive."
Synopsis: Imminent danger awaits the Sliders, as they do not know of the Kromagg Seeker Unit, that has been tracking their every movement for the past few months. Finally deciding that the time is right to strike, the group is taken hostage, their future looking bleaker by the second.

Episode 7: "Unstuck Reality."
Synopsis: While the sliders continue to look through the timer's database, in search of a world that can help Diana separate Quinn from Mallory, Colin is still being pulled from one dimension to the next. As the 'unstuck' state causes his condition to quickly deteriorate, he prepares himself for his final slide...

Episode 8: "Last Chance."
Synopsis: Diana finally finds a world where she can receive aid in completing her research, and set up the equipment needed for the separation. But a fatal flaw is discovered, and the Sliders have hit a serious dead end. If Quinn is brought back, then Mallory will die.

Episode 9: "The Raid."
Synopsis: The Sliders prepare to raid a Kromagg base, in the hopes of hacking into their systems, and finding the co-ordinates of Kromagg Prime. They are up against the countdown of the timer, and must succeed and meet back up, before it runs out.

Episode 10: "Slide Override."
Synopsis: With the co-ordinates finally in his grasp, Quinn must try to uncover the hidden code within them, to be able to finally slide home. Without them, something keeps overriding the vortex, and sending the group to another world. Meanwhile, a lone slider is trying to track Quinn's quantum signature...

Episode 11: "The Dimensional Nexus." Part I
and Episode 12: "The Dimensional Nexus." Part II
Synopsis: After finally being reunited, the Mallory's plan their final assault on the Kromagg Dynasty. As a way to distribute the virus in Rembrandt's blood thoughout the multiverse is found, does this signal the end of the Kromaggs? Last in the series.
