*Fungi*

*Fungi- Reproduced by spores, they lack chlorophyl. They can not make their own food.


*Structure of fungi- They are composed of threadlike structures called hyphae.


*Nutrition in fungi- All fungi are heterotrophic. Most feed by secreting enzymes into their surroundings. The enzymes break food into small molecules. Fungal cells then absorb these molecules. This mode of nutrition is called absorption.


*Reproduction- Many reproduce asexually, most produce sexually.
