Good show... we played a good set, though we got kinda sloppy towards the end(fuckin psats got us up at like 6 that morning)... Barking Gizards canciled cuz max and jake and fink were too incredibly drunk to play. It was the Hangnail's first show... they were good except their drummer is the same guy that drums for the Social Pigs, so you can guess what they sounded like...?!

Bottom line, great show... everyone got into it and we played great...! Thanx to everyone who came out to see us.... Swank was great as well and the Pushovers came through nicely... Jordan's thing was basically a joke cuz his bands couldn't make it or something to that extent... The only strange thing was how there was a longass line to get in and they wouldn't let anyone in cuz they claimed that they were at full capacity, and yet the room was barely half full... weird shit... good show though!!!

Let's just say we're gonna try to forget we ever played this show.... I was woken up at 7 by my mom because nick called me at like 1 in the morning to ask me if i could play a show that day... So I'm like sure, a shows a show.... except we haven't practiced in like a month because I was off in San Diego, so you can imagine we weren't exactly very ready.... I put together a set list in my sleep-deprived stupor, hoping things would work out.... well they didn't... we weren't together and there was no monitor so we couldn't hear each other and all sorts of shit went wrong.... Things weren't pluged in, things got unpluged, things were pluged in the wrong place... all in all, it sucked.... .

A show to remember, I'll tell you that.... We had the honor(or disgrace, depending on how you look at it!) of closing... it was a long day, I'll tell you that, and by the time we got up there it was like midnight and we were dead tired from practicing all day and going crazy in the crowd to the other bands all night... but we got up there and gave it our all, and even though the crowd was beginning to slow down, we got pumped and got they pumped, and it was great! My mic actually worked this time too!

Our debut to the world was pretty tite! Although there were a few hitches, such as the Barking Gizards canciling, and the guitar and bass amps were so loud that you couldn't hear dave singing... Everything else went fairly smooth... there were hella people(surprisingly) and everyone seemed to enjoy the music... I'd call it a success! Plus, sarah hooked us up with another gig, this one at the JCC... Thanks to Eric and Sarah at Club 18, Swank 7, and everyone who came out to watch us for making the show happen!!!
