Delta Rho Kyle stormed into the house, looking for Krystina. He was quite upset after Blake kicked him out of his office. He wanted so much to talk with him and tell him everything he knew, but Blake�s behavior changed his mind at once. Mr. and Mrs. Woo were right all the time. Blake Carrington didn�t cared for anybody but his family, his company and power. Money and power. I should have known I wouldn�t have a chance. They�ll never accept me to their family. They�ll always see me as the bad guy who took their little girl. The criminal. He thought to himself as he went upstairs to Krystina�s room. He knocked on the door and went inside the room. Krystina was sitting on her bed, depressed. �Hi, babe� He kissed her. �Hi, honey.� She kissed him back, forcing a smile on her face. �Where have you been?� He wanted to tell her about his visit at Denver Carrington, and about the awful treatment her father gave him, but he didn�t say anything. He saw the sadness in her eyes and didn�t want to make her even unhappier than she was already. �I went for some arrangements in the city. How was your day?� �Boring,� she said. �Are you alone here?� �So? Why didn�t you go with them?� �I�m not in the mood, Kyle. I feel so lonely. Nobody cares. Nobody gives a damn. It�s like everyone has his life and forgot about me.� �Hey, stop that, it�s not true. You have me, you know�� He smiled at her. She smiled back. �I know� I�m sorry. I�ve been so selfish and didn�t think of you much lately.� �No you not, you are fine, Krystina. And everything will be okay. We are going to be okay.� �Think so?� �I know it. Remember when I asked you, if you want to get away from here, just you and me?� �Yes�� Krystina didn�t understand what he was talking about. �I found the perfect solution for us. And I know it will change everything.� 
�What? What are you talking about, Kyle?� She asked, and before she realized what was going on, Kyle went down on his nee, pulled a ring from his pocket and gave it to her. �Oh, Kyle�.� She was shocked. �Krystina Carrington, will you marry me?� Harold�s apartment �Okay, okay, I�m coming!� Harold called as he climbed out of the shower, covering his naked body with a towel. He was out on bail and went back to the apartment, thinking about his next step. �Roman!� He was surprised to see him standing in the doorway. �What are you doing here?� �What do you think?� Roman asked coldly and entered the apartment. Harold closed the door behind him and joined him inside. �You let me down, Harold. I thought you were capable to control things. I guess I was wrong.� �You aren�t wrong, Roman. All went right to plan until the Colby guy set me up. But I promise you he will pay for that. They all are going to pay. I won�t give up until I�ll make them sorry for what they did.� �Make them sorry, hmm? You idiot! Fallon Colby is not stupid! She found all the documents you had in your office. She knows everything now! And Miles Colby is flying to Paris tomorrow, he�s a good detective, he will find out everything you tried to hide, now with the police hot on your trial, I could loose it all� Roman yelled at him. �No, no. I�ll fix it. I promise. I�ll make it up on you.� Harold was terrified. He knew what Roman and his men were capable of. �I swear� they won�t find anything. I�ll fly to Paris if necessary.� �No, Harold. You are not going anywhere!� Roman pulled a gun from his pocket and before Harold realized what was going on Roman shot him in the head. Lindsay�s suite hotel at the Hilton Jim walked in the hall debating how to confront Lindsay. He woke up late. Steven�s phone rang and woke them up. Sammy Jo called, asking Steven to pick her up for lunch with Danny, it seemed. Steven also discussed Georgia. The more Jim heard the more worried he became. Steven headed for the shower, while Jim slipped out. He was not in the mood to deal with Steven. Now all he had to do was play his cards right and find out what Lindsay was up to. Once he had that information he�d save Sammy Jo and Steven. They�ll both be grateful� He smiled. �Well, that�s a surprise!� Lindsay called when Jim entered her suite. She closed the door and turned to him. �I thought I wouldn�t see you anymore after your last visit here. I guess you changed your mind, hmm?� She smiled and reached out for him, expecting him to kiss her. �Nothing changed, Lindsay. I�m here because I want to know the whole truth.� His face was serious. �You know the truth, darling. You and I are meant to be together. You can�t deny it. You want me as much as I want you.� She raised her hand and caressed his cheek, trying to seduce him. But Jim wasn�t in the mood. He had sex already today with Steven, and was still determined to win Sammy Jo back. Lindsay tried to kiss him, but he took her hand and pushes her away, causing her falling on the bed. �I�m not playing, Lindsay. It�s over between you and me. And I swear to god, if you won�t tell me what you up to, I�ll go straight to Sammy Jo and Steven and tell them everything I know about you!� He threatened. �You won�t dare! Not after all we planned together!� �Try me!� He yelled at her. �No� no Jim, listen to me here. We can still make it together, all right? You�ll help me destroy Steven and I�ll help you win Sammy Jo back!� �You don�t understand, do you? It�s over, Lindsay! This weird game of you is over! I won�t take part in it anymore!� �No, you can�t do this. You won�t do this to me!� �I have nothing to lose here, Lindsay. Don�t try me!� �Don�t try me, Doctor Martinez!� She got up from the bed and faced him. Now it was her turn to attack. �I�m warning you, if I�m going down, you�ll go down with me � I can ruin your carrier with one phone call. I�ll make your life miserable. You�ll regret the day you met me!� She shouted. 
�You are crazy� exactly like your mother!� He yelled back and it was all Lindsay needed to lose it. �Don�t you dare talking about my mother, you bastard, get out of here before I�ll kill you. Do you hear me?! I mean that, Jim! Get out!!!� She yelled and began throwing things. �You really are crazy!� He said and walked out, trying to avoid the things she threw at him. �You�ll pay together with all of them. Do you hear me? You�ll pay for everything!!!� She yelled hysterically and slammed the door after he left when the telephone rang. �What?!� She answered nervously. �It�s me.� The voice from the other side of the line answered. �Can you talk?� �I hope you have good news for me.� �The best. I took care on our little problem. He won�t cause us problems anymore.� �Good. What about Mr. Carrington and his ex-wife?� �Same thing, they are history.� The voice said. �Good job. You can go on with your mission now, and don�t call me before it done.� She said and hung up. �It�s finally happening, mother. It�s all being taken care of.�  The Carrington Mansion
�So� is everything set up?� Ashley asked Danny when she went downstairs and saw the suitcases at the entrance. �Yes. The cab is waiting for me outside.� �Good.� She smiled and Danny looked at her. �What?� �I�m going to miss you so much, Ashley.� �I know� me too. But we will talk at the phone, and chat at the net, right? It won�t be so bad, you�ll see.� �Still� it�s not the same. I wish things could be different.� �But they�re not.� She said. �It�s not too late yet. You still can change your mind.� He tried one more time. �Danny� Don�t do that.� She asked him. �Sorry. Come here.� He held her and kissed her passionately when LB showed up. Ashley was the first to see him. She let go of Danny. �Hey Dan, ready to go?� �Yes, the taxi is outside waiting for you.� �Are you sure you don�t want me to take you?� �No, it�s all right, really. My father offered me a ride as well, but I turned him down. It�s better like this.� �It�s your call.� LB said. �Yes. So� you are going to stay here?� Danny asked Ashley. �No, I don�t think so. I�ll go to Jim. I think he�s not there. So I�ll have the whole place for myself.� �Okay. Hey I can ask the driver to stop by at Jim�s� we could take you, it�s on the way.� �No, Danny. I don�t want you to miss your flight, I�ll manage.� �I can take her over to Jim�s. It�s no problem, right Ashley?� LB turned to her. She looked at him and smiled. Danny looked at them both and couldn�t ignore the closeness between them. �Okay, LB will take me!� She smiled. �You really should go now, Danny. I think the driver is nervous.� �Okay, I�ll call you from the airport, you�ll be still here?� �No, I think I�ll leave for Jim�s in a few minutes.� �Alright I�ll call you there.� �Alright� She agreed. Danny kissed her again. �Love you.� He whispered in her ear, but LB heard it. �Love you too.� She kissed him back. �Bye.� �Bye honey, bye LB.� �Bye, have a nice flight.� LB called after him. �Thanks, take good care of my girlfriend!� Danny called. �Don�t worry, I will!� LB said with a big smile on his face. You can trust me! He thought to himself. �Bye, Dan!� Ashley waved for goodbye. Danny put the suitcase inside the cab and a few seconds later he was already on his way to the airport. �Halleluiah� LB called happy when he and Ashley went back inside the main house. �LB Shah! Somebody can hear you!� �Okay, let�s go to Jim�s� at least we�ll have privacy there.� He was about to kiss her, but she rejected him. �What?� �Not in here, come on, I�ll take my things and we�ll go.� �I can�t wait, you know.� He said when they both went upstairs to Danny�s room�  Delta Rho
�You really think there is something going on between LB and Ashley?� Steven asked Sammy Jo as he parked the car. They just dropped Danny at the mansion after lunch and said their final goodbye to him. �I think so. The closeness they share seems more than just friendship. Just like us.� Sammy Jo explained. She was worried if Ashley came between Danny and LB. �Are you saying we can never be just friends?� Steven asked, avoiding the Ashley subject. If Sammy Jo was right which was usually the case, the consequences could be lethal. �We'll see�� Sammy Jo teased. Steven opened his cell phone, still no messages. He slammed the car door. �Is something wrong?� Sammy Jo closed the other car door. �Still nothing about Adam or Dana. I hope they�re alright.� Steven sighed. �So am I, after everything Adam has been through lately� Poor Dana, she was finally getting her life back together�� Sammy Jo mumbled. Steven looked at her puzzled. He knew she kept in touch with Dana, but she never updated him. �I know what you mean�if anything ever happened to you because of my mistakes�� Steven started. Sammy Jo approached him and he hugged her. �They�re going to be all right. They have to be.� Sammy Jo stated. Steven kissed her head. �What a mess� He said at the moment Jim�s car raced into the parking lot, scaring Sammy Jo and Steven. Jim jumped out of the car. �Thank god you both are alright.� Jim said huffing. �Why wouldn�t we be?� Sammy Jo and Steven looked at each other, then at Jim who was puzzled. �Lindsay is after you. She�s out to destroy you, Steven.� Jim explained. �Who?� Steven asked not too worried. �Oh, I mean Georgia. She�s really Mrs. Woo but you know her as Lindsay Blaisdel!� Jim managed to shock them both. �Claudia�s daughter?� Steven finally said. �But Matthew told Krystle she died. It�s impossible!� �No, Matthew lied to you. When I was an intern they brought Lindsay to Germany after years in the jungles of South America. She was completely sick and delusional.� Jim explained. �How long have you known this?� Sammy Jo asked angrily. �Enough, I just didn�t thought she could be so crazy!� �Like mother like daughter. What does she have on you, Steven?� Sammy Jo asked. �I have no idea. But I know one thing. Claudia would never hurt anyone.� Steven told her. �She nearly killed us all when she burnt down La Mirage.� Sammy Jo added. �And besides, it�s not Claudia that we are talking about here, it�s her daughter!� Jim was amused; Claudia was a sore spot between them. His cell phone rang cutting Sammy Jo and Steven�s argument. �What do you mean she�s not there? I�m on my way.� Jim closed his phone down. �What�s going on Jim?� Sammy Jo asked. �I sent the police and a psyche to Lindsay�s suite. When I saw her she was sawing psychotic behavior, but she�s not there. I have to go. I just came to warn you.� Jim headed to his car. �Oh my god Sammy Jo ... Krystle and dad were supposed to eat dinner with her at La Mirage! Jim, wait!� Steven screamed. Jim turned around as Sammy Jo and Steven ran to him. �We are coming with you.� Sammy Jo explained. �To La Mirage, quickly� La Mirage �Krystle, hello I�m so glad you could make it.� Lindsay welcomed Krystle and Blake, who walked into the private dinning room Lindsay rent for the occasion. �And it�s a big honor for me to meet you finally, Mr. Carrington.� She smiled. 
�The pleasure is all mine and please, call me Blake.� He wasn�t sure who she was, but he deiced to play along. �Alright, Blake please sit down, dinner will be served in a few minutes.� Krystle and Blake sat down and Lindsay turned to the bar. She poured them a wine. While they were talking she mixed the drinks with a drug she prepared before. �I hope you�ll like it. It�s a very unique wine.� She smiled when they took the drinks. �So� Krystle told me all about the book you have written about the consortium. I understand you have the first copy here?� Blake asked. �Yes, I do have it. I think you�ll find some things inside very interested. It will give you a brand new picture about the consortium.� �Have you found out anything new that we don�t know?� Krystle asked. �Of course, lots of things. I�m sure it will help you understand who those people are and why they�re still after your family.� �So Blake is right, they really still after us!� Krystle got panicked. �Yes, they are.� She said and looked at Blake. He looked into her eyes. Something so familiar was in this woman, but he couldn�t place her. �It�s all began more then ten years ago, Mr. Carrington, a few years after the fire at the old La Mirage.� Lindsay took the book and gave it to Blake and Krystle. They both read the title on the cover and looked at Lindsay. �What the hell is that supposed to mean?� Blake didn�t like it at all. 
�The Carringtons � The whole truth? I thought this is about the consortium, Georgia.� Krystle said naively. �It�s all about what you did in the past, and all about what the consortium did to you after your mistakes.� Lindsay began to reveled the truth, slowly and safe. �Who are you, really!?� Blake stood up and demeaned to know. �Blake, please calm down.� �No, this woman isn�t who she claimed to be.� Blake felt there is something more. He knew it was a set up. He knew exactly what he�s doing when he agreed to come here this evening. It was all planned. �I don�t understand. Georgia, what is gong on here?� �You can call me Lindsay, Krystle. This is my real name.� She finally said and pulled a picture of her mother out of her bag. �What?� Krystle didn�t understand But Blake knew perfectly well what was going on. �You are Claudia�s daughter� Matthew lied to us when he said you died in the car accident. It was all planned.� Blake said and turned to Krystle. �Come on, honey. We are going.� He took Krystle by her arm and was about to walk out with her, when he felt dizzy suddenly and almost felt down on the floor. �Blake, what is it?!� She asked, but Blake couldn�t talk. �Woo�s wife� He barely said the words before he passed out completely. �What? Blake, Blake!� She tried to wake him up and turned back to Lindsay, realizing now who this woman really was�  Caress�s penthouse Zach Powers entered Caress�s penthouse. Caress had been expecting him already. She wore a breathtaking evening gown and her favored jewelry. This was a special night, and she wanted to look good. Zach noticed that she looked still very attractive as he approached her. �What are we celebrating tonight?� He inquired, referring to her outfit. Caress ignored his remark. She only faked a smile and handed him a glass of champagne. �Thanks for coming, Zach. I needed to see you.� �Well, I�m here. Did you decide what you want to do about Alexis?� He asked, taking a sip of his champagne. �Oh yes, I did.� She assured him. �And that�s what I need you for.� She added, leading him to the seating area. 
�I told you already, I�m willing to help you in any way I can. Whatever you need, just ask.� He said, making himself comfortable on one of the couches. �That�s really nice of you.� She said with bitter sarcasm, and Zach suddenly realized an angry expression in her eyes. �You must think I�m really stupid!� He played naive. �What do you mean? � �Stop lying! I know for a fact that it was you, who stepped Ricardo and came up with the idea to shift the blame to me.� She returned harshly. �Did Alexis say that? Caress, you�re not going to believe her?� He tried to defend himself. Caress went over to her desk and picked up the little tape recorder. �Well, than explain that to me!� She demanded, pressing the play button and starting the tape. Caught! Alexis had taped their conversation at his suite the other day. �This snake, I should have expected something like that from her.� �I spent five years in prison for a crime I didn�t commit. You used me and you lied to me. And Alexis isn�t any better than you.� She stated. �What are you going to do with that tape?� Zach wanted to know. �Well, I could give it to the district attorney�s office. If they finds out about this, you�ll both be spending a long time in jail.� �Are you threatening me? Do that and I�ll make your life a living hell?� He assured her. Caress managed a laugh. �You and Alexis have already done that, remember! You have no idea of what I�ve been through in South America.� �God, I�m so tired of hearing that line from you.� Zach said, getting up from the couch and approaching her. �Give me the tape!� He demanded, trying to snatch it from her. After a short but violent scuffle he managed to get hold of the tape recorder. �Say what you want now, nobody will believe you.� He said triumphantly. Her arm hurt. She looked at him; her gaze was that of pure hatred. �I despise you!� She hissed. He laughed. 
�I couldn�t care less about what you say to me, or even what you think.� Zach said and turned to leave. �What are you doing?� �What does it look like? I�m leaving. I wasted enough of my time with you.� He stated. �I�m not done with you yet.� She yelled after him. Caress ran back around the desk and opened one of the drawers, retrieving a gun from it and brandishing it at him. �Don�t move!� She ordered. Zach stopped and turned around, seeing the gun. He wasn�t impressed. �Or what, Caress? Are you going to shoot me?� �Since I got already convicted for murder � a murder I didn�t commit � I guess I have one free.� Zach started to fear for his life. �You�re insane.� �Hmm, that�s a very good defense.� Caress clicked the safety catch on the pistol. She felt in total control now. �Why don�t you put the gun down� He said, eyeing it nervously. Her anger and hatred for Zach Powers took over. �This is for everything that you�ve put me through.� She said as she pulled the trigger. The first bulled struck him in the shoulder, the second in the chest. Zach fell to the floor and she lowered the gun. The Carrington Mansion Jeff stormed down the stairs to the foyer of the Carrington mansion. He had just returned from the office and was looking for his sister-in-law. When he turned the corner he spotted one of the maids. �Oh Jeanette, have you seen Amanda?� He asked. �No, Mr. Colby.� She said when the main door to the mansion opened and Miles and Amanda walked in. �Hi Miles� Jeff dismissed his cousin. �I need to talk to Amanda ... alone please.� He said, grabbing her arm and dragging her into the library. Stunned Miles was left alone in the foyer. �Hey, what�s wrong with you?� Amanda asked, yanking her arm free of his grip. �I was just about to ask you the same question.� He replied angrily. �What the matter, Jeff?� She asked, noticing his serious face. �I talked to Dex today.� He stated. Caught off guard Amanda quickly looked up at him. She knew what was coming; she could see it in his eyes. Jeff knew that she lied about her phone call with Dex. �You did?� She nervously tucked her hair behind her ear. �How is he?� �Do you want to know what he told me?� Jeff continued. She stared at the floor to avoid his gaze. She tried to come up with something to say, but she couldn�t. �Why didn�t you tell him about Paris? Why did you let him continue to think that Sable woke up from the coma and was behind that cruel plot to disillusion him and make him stop searching for her and Cameron? You saw how he suffered under this lie!� Jeff looked at Amanda, awaiting an answer. �Jeff ...� She was at a loss of words. Her cheeks flushed over in embarrassment. �I can explain it.� �Okay, I hear.� Meanwhile Fallon had entered the mansion and met Miles in the foyer, from where they could hear the confrontation at the library. �What�s going on there?� She asked. �Your husband and your sister are having an argument.� Miles explained. Curious what that fight was about she headed in direction of the library. �Fallon, maybe you should stay out of it! What ever it is, don�t get involved.� He called after her, but she ignored him. �Look, I�m sorry that I lied to you, but what I did was for Dex�s best. Remember how depressed and lonely he felt in Rome. I know Alexis will make him happy. She still loves him; and he loves her too. They need each other. They never had got divorced in the first place.� �Damn it, Amanda! Don�t you think Dex knows what�s best for him?� Fallon interjected, standing in the doorway and listening already for a moment. �You can�t manipulate him.� Jeff also couldn�t accept Amanda�s excuse. �You don�t keep secrets like this from a friend. You should have told him.� He almost yelled. �Did you really think he wouldn�t find out?� 
�How could you do this to him? What a friend are you!� Fallon asked her sister reproachfully. �I love him and I want only happiness for him.� Amanda assured. �Really� Fallon was quick. �Of course I do!� She protested furiously. �What were you thinking? You only have to lie about Sable and he�ll run straight back to Alexis?� Jeff still was very angry. �I�m surprised you didn�t tell him Sable died!� �Are you about done?� Amanda shouted. �Yes, I�m done with you.� He said harshly. �I can�t tell you how disappointed I am in you, Amanda!� �Jeff, don�t you think that�s enough!� Miles tried to put a stop to it. 
�I have to get out of here.� Amanda said and stormed out of the room. �Wait ...� Miles called while running after her. �I can�t believe what she did.� Jeff said to Fallon when suddenly the phone rang. Jeff answered it. �Yes.� He yelled into the phone. �Sorry, Steven No everything is fine.� He tried to calm down. �Yes, they left an about an hour ago. What? Are you sure about that? Alright, we�re on the way.� He hung up and turned to his wife. �What�s the matter, Jeff?� She asked concerned. �Blake and Krystle might be in danger. Come on, I�ll explain it on the way.� 
Alexis�s penthouse
Alexis descended the stairs from her bedroom as she phone rang. Her Chinese servant answered the call. �Yes Mrs. Morel, she�s home. One moment please...� He said politely, handing the receiver over to Alexis. �Thanks, Lin.� She said, putting the phone to her ear. On the other end of the line she heard her sister crying. Alexis was confused. �What�s the matter, Caress?� �... I didn�t want that.� Caress said under tears. �Oh my God, what am I supposed to do now?� �Caress, what are you talking about?� Alexis inquired. �It was an accident, please believe me.� Caress sobbed. �Calm down, and tell me what happened!� Alexis said. �I ... I shoot Zach ... I killed him. He�s dead. Oh god, what have I done ...� She started crying again. Alexis eyes widened in shock. �What� �Help me ...� Caress begged her desperately. �Where are you?� Alexis quickly asked. �At my apartment� �Okay, stay there! Don�t do anything stupid. I�m coming.� Alexis said, hanging up and hurrying out. In The Taxi �We�ll be at the airport in a few minuets.� The taxi driver said to Danny. �Okay, thanks.� Danny thanked him. He was about to leave Denver again, without Ashley. He hated this so much. He wanted her to move in with him together. Now he was all alone again, and Ashley was staying in Denver. But why� he asked himself. Why did she change her mind in the last minute? Why did she come back from Israel so early? It didn�t make any sense. He thought about the phone call with Steven a few days ago, when he was still in Princeton. His father found it very strange that she came back to Denver without telling him. She didn�t surprise him with anything, and she was in Denver almost two days and didn�t call. She could leave a message, or send an e-mail from Israel, but nothing� he thought about that over and over again and about the conversation he had with Krystina this morning. �I�m sure you�ll fight for Ashley if you�ll need to.� He remembered her words. What did she meant by that? Fight for Ashley� I have nothing to fight for. It�s not that she�s dating with somebody else or something like that� He thought and then remembered the talk he had with Cathy and Joseph and their last remark. �He didn�t mind we saw them taking a shower.� He could hear Cathy�s words over and over gain. Taking a shower in the cabin? Ashley and I never were together at the shower, at the cabin. Never� they maybe got wrong� or perhaps they saw somebody else? Somebody else God! Could it be? Could they have seen Ashley in the cabin with somebody else? �I can take her over to Jim�s. It�s no problem, right Ashley?� He remembered the last talk he had with LB before he left: �Take good care of my girlfriend!� He said to him. �Don�t worry, I will!� LB was amused and happy. Too happy God! Could it be? God! It finally hit him. �Sir, go back to Denver!� He asked from the driver. �What?� The driver didn�t understand. �We are already at the airport, boy!� �I don�t mind, go back to Denver. Now� He demanded from the driver. Las Vegas �With the power vested in me, I preannounce you as husband and wife.� The priest said to the young couple. �You may kiss the bride.� He added and the young man kissed his bride. �Next, please!� The lady called and Kyle entered the chapel with Krystina. �You look so gorgeous. Exactly like in my dreams� even more.� Kyle told her. She really was gorgeous. With the stunning bride-dress he bought for her and the earrings she was wearing � she had the perfect look. �I wish my mother could see me right now.� She was sad. �I know how much you wanted your mother to be with you at your wedding, I�m sorry.� �No, don�t be. You are the best, Kyle. I couldn�t ask for more, really. I love you very much.� �I love you too, Krystina, and I want to spend my whole life with you, as my wife.� He kissed her. �Hey, you two, you want to get married, or what?� The lady asked them. �Are you ready?� Kyle asked Krystina and she smiled to him. 
�Come on, I don�t have all the day for you!� The lady shouted again. Caress's Penthouse Alexis arrived at Caress�s penthouse, only 15 minutes after her sister had called her. She stormed in, finding Caress sitting on the steps to the terrace, her hands folded in her lap. She seemed to be in a state of shock. Zach lay lifeless on the floor; blood strained his shoulder and his chest. �What have you done, Caress?� Alexis asked unbelieving, as she crossed the room to Zach. She kneeled beside him, feeling for a pulse. �Oh my God He�s not dead. He�s alive.� She exclaimed. She put her hands under his head, lifting it a little. �Zach, can you hear me?� But he had lost consciousness. His breathing was shallow, almost not recognizable, and he had lost a lot of blood. �Call an ambulance! We have to get him to the hospital.� Alexis instructed her sister, but Caress didn�t move. �Caress� She yelled. �Don�t you hear me?� But she still didn�t move. Finally Alexis got up from the floor and rushed over to the phone. She picked it up and was about to dial the emergency number, when she heard suddenly a shot. Instantly she turned around and saw Caress standing over Zach, still pointing the gun at him. Alexis was paralyzed with shock. It was no accident. Caress had shot him on purpose. �Put the phone down!� Caress demanded, aiming the gun at her. Alexis was appalled as she looked at Caress. Hesitatingly she obeyed her command and put the receiver down. Caress stepped over Zach�s body and approached Alexis. She saw the look of fear in her sister�s eyes. Alexis tried to pull herself together, which was not easy. �Are you going to shoot me too?� She asked. �I�ve lived for this moment; it is all I wanted for years.� Caress stated. �I told you that you were going to regret what you did to me.� �Fine� Alexis said, trying to sound as calmly as possible. �If this is what you want, then do it� She remembered having been in the same situation before with her former daughter-in-law Kirby Anders many years ago. Near panic Alexis looked at her sister and the gun in her hand.  Jim�s apartment �Oh, Ashley� I waited for that moment so long�� LB said while kissing Ashley in Jim�s bed. �Oh, don�t be so exaggerated� it were only a few days.� She kissed him back. �For me it seems like ages.� He said and kissed her neck. �And you know what happening to me when I�m waiting for ages.� �No, I don�t know. Wanna show me?� She asked with a big smile. �Here it comes.� He smiled back to her and kissed her again. �Oh LB� god, I love you so much.� She groaned while they both made passionately love. It has to be here somewhere, it has to be. Danny looked for the key Jim used to hide under the flowerpot. �Bingo!� He took the key and opened the door. Ashley and LB continued with their love making, not hearing anything. Danny closed the door behind him and stepped to Jim�s bedroom. He heard the voices. He hoped he was wrong. He hoped to find Jim there, even with his mother� but he wasn�t wrong. It was exactly like he suspected. LB and Ashley had sex in Jim�s bed. �You bastard� He yelled at LB. 
LB turned around, shocked to see Danny standing in front of him and looking at Ashley, who opened her mouth, all amazed. 
�You bastard� Danny yelled again and attacked his naked cousin. Paris, France Dex arrived to the apartment Monica had rented in Paris. Dex was furiously angry at her, but he tried to stay calm. They would have a long talk and sort things out, Dex hoped. Neither Monica nor Dex were thrilled to see each other as she opened the door. Monica had expected that Dex would show up in Paris soon or later, after Jeff and Amanda had found her in her French exile. Jeff had convinced her to stop moving Sable from one hospital to the next one while trying to hide her from Dex. He had made her realize that her attempt to punish Dex was cruel and a danger for her mother�s health. Now that Dex stood in front of her she was not only annoyed about his visit, but also about the fact that he hadn�t come sooner. Obviously his feelings for her mother had changed because of the coma. �Well, what took you that long?� She asked without any greetings. �Out of sight out of mind?� She asked reproachfully. Dex was angry that Amanda had put him into this unpleasant position. �I didn�t know that you brought her to Paris. I came as soon as I heard about it from Jeff.� He defended himself. �How noble of you� She remarked sarcastically. �Don�t give me that, Monica. You took her away from Denver. I wanted to be there for your mother and our son after her accident, but you did everything to keep me away from them.� �Yes, and I had every right.� She returned harshly. He had cheated on her mother. How could he do that to her, after all they had been through. �Excuse me ...� Dex interrupted, almost yelling. �No, I won�t.� She cut him off, before he could say anything. �You�re responsible for her coma, because if you hadn�t betrayed her with Alexis, she would have never gotten in that car. You have caused my mother nothing but problems. For a while I thought that you were the right man for her, but I was wrong.� Dex felt uncomfortable. He knew Monica was partly right. �I�m tired of arguing with you, Monica. There is no use of continuing ...� He stated when he suddenly heard a voice from inside the apartment. �Monica, who is it?� A female voice inquired. Monica looked sternly at Dex. �She has suffered enough, Dex. And I won�t let you hurt her again.� She said with determination. Without another word Dex pushed her aside and stormed inside. He couldn�t believe his eyes as he entered one of the bedrooms. �Sable!�  
A mountain road in Colorado Miles and Amanda were driving on route 12, on their way out of town, neither one noticing the cars around them, or the black sedan following them. Miles looked over at Amanda. She sat quietly beside him, thinking about the confrontation with Jeff and Fallon. �Are you feeling better now?� He asked. She tried to smile, but failed. �Thanks to you, Miles I know that you care.� �What was that whole fuss about?� Miles hadn�t heard enough of the argument to fully understand it. Amanda sighed. �I tried to make up for a mistake I made many years ago.� She replied, referring to her affair with her step-father that had caused Dex�s and her mother�s divorce. �Maybe what I did was wrong, but my intentions were right. Jeff and Fallon had no reason to attack me like this.� �Don�t take it to heart.� Miles said and squeezed her hand �How about if you�re come with me to Paris in the morning?� Miles asked, trying to cheer her up. �What about Cathy? And I�m not sure if I should leave Joseph with Adam still missing.� �Why don�t we take them both with us? They could use the time away as well.� �What�s happening here?� Amanda asked with a shy smile. �We`re driving� Miles joked. �No I mean with us, I know we haven�t known each other long, but in a way I feel I�ve been searching for you my whole life.� �I don�t know about you Amanda, but I�m tired of searching.� Miles smiled. �I know what I�m doing.� He said as he turned towards her. �I�m falling in love.� She smiled back, and then turned to notice that he was swerving off the road. �Miles watch out.� 
He got the car under control. �That was close.� �Miles I think I love you two.� �What.� Miles said not really hearing her. He had just noticed the black sedan speeding behind them. �What the hell?� �I said I�m falling in love with you too.� But when the words were out of her mouth, the car jolted, as the impact form behind was forced them off the road. �Miles���� Their car hid the guard rail, and tumbled over the side of the hill speeding downward, to the lake below. Caress�s penthouse Alexis took the elevator down to the subterranean garage. Her face was pale and she was totally beside herself. She ran to her car while searching nervously for the keys in her purse. As she finally found them she got into her car and speeded to the exit, almost causing a crash with another car. As she drove out of the garage onto the street she passed a cluster of people in front of the building, but Alexis didn�t pay attention to it and speeded away. More and more people stopped and stared at something on the sidewalk, gasping in horror � Cassandra Morel Fincelli lay dead onto the street, 20 floors below the terrace of her apartment. Lindsay�s suite �Blake, wake up, please wake up!� Krystle shook her husband in panic, but Blake didn�t move. �What have you done to him?!� She yelled at Lindsay. �It�s nothing compare to what you two did to my parents, especially you!� Lindsay yelled at Krystle. �I didn�t do anything to your mother. She ruined her marriage by herself!� Krystle yelled back at Lindsay and headed to her purse, to get her cell phone and call the police. But Lindsay stopped her. She hit her with Blake�s cane. Krystle fell on the floor and her head began to spin. �You are going to pay now, Krystle. For all the bad things you did to my mother and father, for everything, everything!� Lindsay heard the police sirens and lost control. She took a bottle of gasoline and spread it all over the room. �No� oh god, no�� Krystle tried to get up. �I�ll burn you, Krystle, the same way you burned my mother!!!� She yelled hysterically and took the candle from the dinner table. �No! No!� With her last strength Krystle tried to fight Lindsay. But Lindsay was much stronger than the older woman. She took the lighted candle and was about to throw it into the gasoline when the door opened suddenly and Jim stormed in, together with Sammy Jo and Steven. �No, Lindsay, don�t do that!� He exclaimed. Sammy Jo and Steven behind him holding their breath. 
Outside La Mirage, Jeff pulled the car into the driveway of the main building. �Oh my god, Jeff� oh my god.� Fallon cried out when Jeff stopped the car in front of the hotel and went out after her, holding her back and pulling her into his arms. �Not again!� She yelled hysterically��No! Not again!� Her scream reverberated all over as we FADE OUT�.
