| IAEOP was conceived when two members of the Idaho
Department of Education Association of Secretaries (IDEAS) attended an
NAEOP Conference in Portland, Oregon. An organizational meeting was
held in October 1972, a constitution adopted, and officers elected.
The organization has grown and developed into a meaningful group for
professional growth of educational office professionals in Idaho.
