About two weeks later, Brittany received three tapes labeled:
"Brittany, I love you -Frankie"
"Lexi, I love you -Jesse"
" Kayla, I love you -Chris"
in the mail.
"Do you think we should listen to them? I mean they could have something bad on them," Lexi said a little nervous of opening them.
" Or they could have something great on them," Kayla said.
"Just put them in my radio and we'll listen to them, O.K.?" Brittany said. So they put the tapes in the radio and on them were songs. They were pretty, they sounded like, "I miss you," "Someone to Hold Me Tonight," and " You're Taking me Over."
Kayla, Lexi, and Brittany decided to call the guys that very moment, so they did.
"Hello?" came Frankie's voice over the receiver."
"Is Frankie there?" Brittany asked even though she knew it was him.
"This is him, may I ask who is calling?"
"Frankie, this is Brittany," Brittany replied.
"Oh, hey baby. Is there a problem?" Frankie asked kind of nervous.
"No, I just wanted to call and tell you I love you and that we got the tapes today. We loved them," Brittany said, then someone else came on the phone.
"Oh baby, oh baby, I love you ooohh kiss me! (Laughing)," the person said as if Frankie was kissing him.
"Shut - up Chris, you to Jesse!" Frankie said fiercely.
"Chris? Jesse? Kayla and Lexi are over, want to talk to them?" Brittany asked.
"Sure, where's my hottie at?" Chris asked.
"Yeah and where's my sweet thang?" Jesse asked.
"Hey, baby," Kayla said.
" Hi, Jesse," Lexi said.
"Why don't you guys come over, we're throwing a party tonight. If you do come over, bring the other Dream Street guys and if they want to they can bring their girlfriends," Brittany said.
"OK, we'll be there but we have to go though OK, baby?" Frankie said.
"OK buh bye," Brittany said, then she hung up the receiver.
" We're having a party?" Kayla and Lexi asked in unison.
"Not yet," Brittany said giving them a smirk.
