"Di!" Sonia whispered.
"What??" Diana whispered back, not taking her eyes off the couch.
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking..?" She asked Diana. Now she looked at Sonia.
"You bet I do... " She said, still in shock. Diana closed the door. She went closer to them. Just then Kian made a move. Diana stopped and was afraid to even breathe. She looked at Sonia, who looked at her with big eyes.
"Go away from there." She mouthed to Diana.
Diana rolled her eyes, mouthing "Duh!". Kian went back to being calm. Diana walked back to Sonia.
"I think I'm... um...going to my room...to get some sleep." Sonia stated.
Diana nodded "Okay..." When Sonia was out of sight, she also walked to her room. "She just HAD to do this...argh!!" She thought.
"Where's Kian???" Louis raved.
"He..." Bryan started.
"He had something important to take care of." Mark took over.
"Well there's nothing more important then Westlife now." Louis angrily said.
"I'm sure he'll be here soon." Shane said, himself hoping that he was right.
"Boringggg...." Diana said to herself. "I gotta do something, I can't just sit here..." She got out of her room. "Shit!" She cursed, seeing Shiri and Kian in the living room, sleeping. "She could've gone to her room...but noooooo...of course not....as if!" She whispered to herself, so not to wake them up. She went to the kitchen. Suddenly the doorbell rang. "Who's that??" Diana thought to herself.
"Brandon..." She said, surprised.
"Hey!" He replied.
"So...you came to see Shir?" Diana asked and was about to say something about it.
"No.. I came cause I needed to talk...to you. Um...maybe I'll come in?" He awkwardly asked.
"No!!!!!!" Diana almost yelled. Brandon stared at her, puzzled. "I mean...hmm...we have an awful mess here.." She said, hoping he'd believe her.
"Oh. okay then...what about if we took a walk then?" He asked.
"Erm...yeah.. sure...I wanted to get out of here anyway." She looked at him. "I'll go get my jacket." She said and went to get it.
"He's STILL not here!!!!" Louie was so mad he could've done absolutely anything on that moment.
"He will...erm....he.." Nicky started. The guys were already running out of excuses.
"Next time I see Kian remind me to strangle him." Shane told Mark, under his breath so Louie wouldn't hear him.
"He'll be here any second now." Bryan pretended to look at his watch. "Call him somebody, will ye??" He hissed to the others.
"I will..." Mark said, taking out his mobile and moving away from Louis. "Shit....it's turned off." He stated, after trying to call Kian.
"What??" Bryan yelled. Louis turned to look at them. He'd been talking to a sponsor.
Everybody looked at each other in horror.
"Erm..." Nicky started. Bryan stared at Nicky, pretending to be angry "YOU took my...SHIRT??? So it was you!"
Nicky played along "It didn't have a name on it!!" He stated, making sure that Louis believed their argument.
Louis shook his head and went back to what he'd been doing earlier.
"Phew." Mark let out a sigh of relief and so did the others.
"Okay...try Diana and Shiri's home phone maybe?" Shane told Mark.
"Okay, I'll try." He dialed the number and waited. There was no response.
"Argh..." Sonia almost fell from her bed. "What the f....??" She started to say. "What's ringing??" She thought to herself. "The phone!!!" She finally got up and ran to the phone. "What?" She answered in a sleepy voice.
"Excuse me?" Mark said cause he didn't recognize her voice.
"Yes...what? You better have a good reason for waking me up..." She raved.
"Sorry for asking, but do I know you?" Mark asked in a weird voice. The others were looking at him strangely.
"Gosh!!" Sonia slapped her forehead. "You call me and you don't even know me???" She yelled.
"Is this the wrong number?" Mark then asked.
"Depends on who you're looking for..." Sonia said.
"Shiri or Diana?" Mark asked.
"Ohhhh!!!" Sonia then said, remembering where she was. "I'm so stupid..." She said in a funny voice.
"No you're not." Mark stated. "So...what's your name?" Mark put on a sickeningly sweet voice.
The others stared at him in disbelief.
"What the...??" Bryan mouthed to him. Shane grabbed the phone from him.
"Okay...could we PLEASE talk to Diana or Shiri?...Is Kian there?" Shane said in a rush.
"Whoa...Shane??" Sonia asked surprised. "Well...Diana's...erm..." She looked around. "She was here a while ago....she's gone to somewhere...." Sonia told him.
"Oh...any ideas where?" Shane forgot all about Kian.
Nicky and Bryan looked at him, thinking he was talking about Kian. Mark was pouting. "I found a nice girl and they spoil it..." He shot a dirty look at the others.
"She didn't tell you where she went?" He got worried.
"She??" Nicky looked at Bryan with big eyes. "Are we the only normal ones here?" He rolled his eyes.
"That's it!" Bryan took the phone from Shane.
"Hey!! I was in the middle of an important conversation." Shane looked at Bryan, angrily."
"Yea right." Bryan shot him a look.
"Whoever you are...all we want is to know where's Kian." He almost yelled into the phone.
"Trust me...you don't wanna know!" Sonia squealed, at the same time looking towards Kian and Shiri.
"So...what did you wanna talk about?" Diana asked Brandon. He'd taken her to a quieter place.
"Are you serious with that guy....Shane?...was that his name?" He blurted out.
Diana looked at him. "I..." She started, then looked away. "I don't know.." She said.
"So...he hasn't asked you out yet?" He asked, hoping the answer would be no.
"No, why would he?" Diana looked at him, surprised.
"Well he likes you...and that's obvious." He stated, not taking his eyes off her.
Silence.
"You know I'll always be here when you change your mind..." He looked at her, hope in his eyes.
Shane could only think where Diana was at that moment. "Is she with that Brandon guy?" He wondered. He then called her.
Diana's mobile rang. "Yea?" she turned away from Brandon, letting out a sigh of relief.
"Di?"
"Oh hey." Diana said, trying to sound cheerful, but failed.
"What's wrong?" Shane sensed it.
"Nothing's wrong." Diana stated.
"You sound like you're really worn out...you sure you're okay?" He still didn't believe her.
"I'm fine."
"Who's that?" Brandon then asked. Shane heard that.
"You're with him?" He asked, trying to hide the emotions that this knowing had let out.
"Shane..." Diana started.
"Good luck then." Shane hung up.
"So? who was that??" Brandon got impatient. Diana got upset.
"I wanna go home." She said.
"But I wanted to talk to you." He stubbornly stated.
"Sorry...but I'm going home." She then said and started to walk away from him.
"Wait!...then I'm gonna take you home." He grabbed her arm.
"I don't want you to take me...I'm going on my own." She stated, trying to make clear what she meant.
"But I WANT to take you home." Brandon then said, looking at her.
"Bye." Diana waved to him.
"This is not goodbye...." Brandon thought to himself. "I ALWAYS get what I want...and you're the one thing I want." He said out loud. Diana was too far away to hear him.
"What do you mean by that?" Bryan asked Sonia.
Then Shiri woke. And her moving caused Kian to wake up.
"I'll give the receiver to him." Sonia said. She went to Kian, handing him the phone.
He looked at it, puzzled. "What? You're from Westlife...you GOTTA know how to use it!!" She laughed.
"Yes?" Kian shortly answered.
"Kian you eedjit, get your butt here NOW!" Bryan yelled.
Shiri got alarmed by the shocked look on Kian's face. "What is it honey?" She asked.
Kian hung up. "I gotta go!" He said, grabbing his shirt and running towards the door. He was almost out but then turned around. He walked back to Shiri. "I'll call ya as soon as possible...okay?" Shiri nodded. Then he kissed her. "Love ya!" With that he went out the door.
"If I wasn't that tired I'd ask you what happened but I won't...cause I am tired." She went back to sleep.
Shiri looked at her, weirdly.
"Diana..." Ria stepped to her.
"Hey..." Diana said.
"So...did you go to the audition?" She asked.
"Yeah, I did. Happy now?" Diana said, giving her a dirty look.
"Whoa. What's bugging you?" Ria then asked her, surprised.
"Nothing, and everything...bye!" She waved to her and walked off.
Ria saw Brandon a bit after that. "I saw Di....what's wrong with her?"
"Shane..." Brandon simply stated.
"Huh? You saying that Shane's on the way of her career??" She angrily asked.
"Yeah" Brandon said, not even bothered he had lied.
"I knew this would get on the way..." Ria stated.
"Well, not for long....your problems will be solved soon...you'll see." He had a strange look on, when saying that.
"Hey Di!" Shiri greeted her.
"Hey." Diana slumped to the couch.
"What's wrong?" Shiri sat beside her and looked at her, worried.
"Nothing..." Diana stared into space.
"Well...something definitely is." Shiri then said. "So, tell me about it...what's wrong Di?" Shiri asked again.
"Everything." Diana shouted.
"Calm down..." Shiri told her.
Then Shiri's mobile rang. "Hey Shir!" It was Kian.
"Hey love!" Shiri got happier. They had a short conversation and the hung up.
"So....what happened to you and Ki?" Diana changed the subject.
"Nothing happened." Shiri gave her an innocent look.
"Yeah right....like I'm gonna believe that." She said, rolling her eyes.
"What?.." Shiri started.
"You've got your own room for God's sake...next time...use it!!" Diana stated, got up and went to her room.
"Di?" Shiri looked at her confused.
