Welcome to the Krebmaster's Soft Drinks of the World Database

Jambo, I am Krebmaster. The purpose of this site is to provide a catalog of soft drinks from around the world. I will not focus much on comparisons of different brands, so much as introducing strange or interesting flavors you may not have tried or even heard of. Click the links below to see them listed according to certain categories. Thank you for visiting, please feel free to email me with questions, comments, and, most important, additions to my ever-growing list. In the future I plan to have them listed by different categories, but here it is so far.
Rating System: *=Not very good **=Not bad, try it once if your interested ***=Good ****=Excellent

Bulgaria
**** Fanta Madness - An instant favorite of mine. It is flavored by a flower called Buz which I don't know in English. It's kind of like a mild Squirt.

China
***1/2 Smart Watermelon - I like this soda because I like watermelon (and artificial watermelon flavor). It's very good, but maybe a little too sweet at times. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

Costa Rica
***1/2 Fanta Kolita - I don't know what Kolita is but it has a nice fruit flavor. It is pinkish red and very good. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

France
***1/2 Gini - This is an excellent, squirt-like soda.
**** Orangina - I love this soda. This is easily my favorite orange flavored soda. I think it has real orange juice in it, it tastes like it anyway. Not too sweet, just perfect.

Germany
**1/2 Mezzo Mix - This one is kind of interesting. The only way I can explain it is that it tastes like pumpkin pie, like some kind of spice. Not bad, though. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

Great Britain
***1/2 Vimto - I had this only once and I loved it. It is a favorite in the Arab world. It has a nice artificial bright red color. You need to try this.

India
***1/2 Kinley Lemon - Try this nice lemon soda. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

Italy
* Beverly - Beverly is a non-alcoholic aperitiv. It's Bitter. I don't mind it, but as far as I know, most people hate it. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

Japan
*** Vegita Beta - This is an orange colored fruit mix. It reminds me of a V8 splash because it has very little carbination. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)
** Pocari Sweat - Like gatoraide but not as good.

Korea
*** Cheonyeon Cider - Cheonyeon has a lot of carbination and kind of a bubble gum flavor.
**1/2 Coolpis - Basically a cheap fruit juice drink. I included it here because I thought the name was funny
*** Milkis - Who thought of this? Milk flavored soda? It's Cloudy white and it tastes better than it sounds. Very unique.

Mexico
*** Jarritos - These are nice soft drinks that come in a glass bottle. They have good natural flavors. Tamarindo is not my favorite flavor but it's something interesting to try.

Mozambique
**** Ginger Ale - This is my favorite Ginger Ale, and I really like ginger ale. This one is like other ginger ales but it actually tastes like it has real ginger in it. (Find this at the Refreshment Station in Disney World's Epcot Center)

Peru
***1/2 Inca Gold - An excellent drink. I'm not sure what the flavor is supposed to be. It has a cool goldish color

Russia
*1/2 Kvass - This is an old drink (since the 16th century) made from grain, usually rye or wheat. Most americans won't like it in the same way that most people outside the U.S. don't like rootbeer. I gave it a low score because of this, but I think it is just a taste you have to acquire. A very interesting and unique drink.

Turkey
**** Fresa - A clear, sour cherry flavored soda. It is amazingly good.

U.S.A. (regional)
*** Birch Beer - I've recently spent a couple months in Washington, D.C. where I discovered this drink. I've had birch beer from Natural Food Stores and places that carry some expensive root beers in other parts of the country, but this seems to be totally different. I've seen this in red or clear. It tastes kind of like pepto bismal, but in a good way. For some reason it isn't popular in other parts of the U.S. where I've lived.

Fictional
?? Grepis-Cola - 76th most popular soft drink according to Borgel.
?? Kreben Up - From the Adventures of Pete & Pete, clear.
